Harward Sisters Cattle Company is a family owned and operated purebred seedstock operation located in Stanly County, North Carolina. What started as junior show projects for the Harward Sisters developed into a herd managed by the Harward girls producing registered Angus, Red Angus, Charolais, and Simmental cattle. We strive to produce eye-appealing cattle that will succeed in the show ring but mo

re importantly produce and excel in the pasture. The Harward family also owns and operates an Angus-based commercial cow-calf operation. Rocking H Cattle Company consigns feeder calves to the Norwood-area feeder calf sales at Stanly County Livestock Market as well as in truckload lots of calves to the monthly Mid-Atlantic Cattle Sales video auctions. Replacement heifers are sold in special sales in the fall and spring.

The catalog is now posted for the upcoming Select Sale, check it out at the link below! Our HSCC lead off bull is L53, a LAR Man in Black son out of one of our favorite cows from Musgrave Angus. This bull is top 25% calving ease along with high growth and very good maternal traits. The dam of this bull has caught AI 7 out of 8 times for us and always does a great job. This bull will make those good growing feeder calves or an excellent set of replacements. Check him out in the catalog below.

It's picture week here and at EBS Farms! First up is one of our favorite bulls we have to sell this year. A son of Craftsman out of an Insight daughter from the Musgrave program, this bull checks a lot of boxes. He ranks in the top 1% for WW, 2% YW, 1% $W, 3%$M, and 15% $C along with great foot and docility EPDs. Whether you sell at weaning or want to make replacement females, this bull can do it. Our first NC State Fair without an actual "Harward Sister" showing as a junior but we were excited to have HSCC bred females at the backdrop and being shown by juniors throughout the week!

Also congratulations to Maddie Grace Carpenter for showing HSCC Missie 3403 in the junior and open show. After an injury this fall, MG has been showing with just one arm and no show stick but it was easy to see just how much practice she has spent at home with her heifers as she absolutely crushed it in the ring. She placed 2nd in the open show and 3rd in the junior show behind the champion heifer. She was also third overall Senior Showman in the junior show. We are so proud of you MG!
