Who is doing the Turkey Trot this year? We got our medallions today!

The AKC FIT DOG Turkey Trot is a virtual 5K (3.1 miles) that people do with their dogs. This non-competitive 5K Turkey Trot can be done all at one time, or in smaller segments on multiple days so that everyone (people and dogs) can participate at their own pace. This can be a walk or run activity.

Some much needed time outside just the 3 of us. Helped to clear my head a bit. Joker and Harley finished their Spring Scurry today. That finished Harley’s Fit Dog Bronze. Another step toward Joker’s Fit Dog Gold. Love these tots!!

April 20th fit dog walk 🩷

Joker, Harley, and I started their Spring Scurry today. We got 1/2 a mile of their 3.1 miles in today! Joker is working on his Fit Dog Silver and Harley is working on her Fit Dog Bronze. 💙🩷

Mally and I finished our Spring Scurry today!! We will start the tinies next week! You and your dog can still participate too. Just order the medal from AKC. It also counts toward Fit Dog titles. Get out and enjoy this beautiful weather!!

Mally and I started our Spring Scurry today. We got 1 mile in. We did a little off leash healing while we walked. I give her a little bit more room because of the wheelchair. Gotta watch those piggies!
