I struggled so much to be in the frequency of Love when I was with my Balu, knowing that I will soon loose him from the physical. So I understand anyone who is going through these same emotions of being anxious, sad and desperate. Wanting to do the best for their beloved animal.

Do we miss out when we choose the lower frequencies and can we choose to just be with them in those moments and notice the difference?

This course that I am taking called 'Walk your Pet Home' is blowing my mind wide open. I wish I had known all of this before I embarked on the journey to say goodbye to my beloved doggy Balu and I would recommend it to anyone who shares their life with animals, cats or dogs or horses or any other domesticated animal.

It's a two part course and Monique Brignoni takes you step by step through the whole process of the end of life and so when that time comes you are all that more knowledgable on how to approach every stage that your animals go through.

Hint Hint.. I've gone through the course once and I'm going through it a second time to really take everything in and understand the stages and the actions we can take. But most importantly what I am learning is how to emotionally support ourselves in order to support our animals in this phase of their lives 😻😻😻

Sometimes, we fear what might happen, other times we fear our pet’s being in pain and other times still, the fear is that of living this life without our pets by our side.

Ultimately, however, all fears can be traced back to our primordial fear of death.

The prospect of death is a powerful teacher and learning to become friends with our own mortality in this cycle on earth also changes how we live the end of life of our beloved animal companion, because we start remembering that we are eternal beings living an experience on Earth.
And when we get this deep realization, when we experience something that is beyond this body, then our fear dissipates.

When in fear ...

Unfortunately most of the time after a terminal diagnosis or even when we notice that they are closer to the end and that they have slowed down we usually start to become fearful and we end up spending most of our time with them in fear of loosing them.

And that is such a normal thing to do and it was how I experienced my last few months with Balu. Trying my best to keep him comfortable and thinking that whatever I was doing was not good enough left me feeling stressed and unable to just be comfortable with him and even enjoy my last few months, weeks, days and hours with him.

So let's see how we can navigate this time and be present with our animals even though we know we will be a wreck when they are no longer with us 💔💔💔

Μαθαίνω πόσο πολύτιμη είναι η διαδικασία του να ΑΠΟΧΑΙΡΕΤΗΣΩ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΟΙΚΙΔΙΟ ΜΟΥ ΣΤΟ ΤΕΛΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΖΩΗΣ ΤΟΥ με ειρηνικό και στοργικό τρόπο και ότι τα ζώα ξέρουν σε κάθε βήμα πώς να το κάνουν. Συχνά τους δυσκολεύουμε και παρόλο που έχουμε καλές προθέσεις, έχουμε ακόμα πολλά να μάθουμε για τη διαδικασία θανάτου. Αυτή η διαδικασία δεν συμβαίνει μόνο στο φυσικό επίπεδο. Είναι μια σειρά μεταμορφώσεων που συμβαίνουν σε νοητικό, συναισθηματικό και πνευματικό επίπεδο. Με εντυπωσιάζει πολύ το θέμα και θέλω να μάθω περισσότερα.

I'm learning how precious it is to WALK YOUR PET HOME in a peaceful and loving way and that animals know how to do it every step of the way. We often make it more difficult for them and even though we mean well we still have so much more to learn about the dying process. This process is not only physical. It is a series of transformations that happen on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. I am in awe and want to know more

Κάτι λείπει από τη σημερινή προσέγγιση του τέλους της ζωής των αγαπημένων μας τετράποδων.

Αν αυτό σας λέει κάτι, καταλαβαίνω. Είχα επιλέξει την ευθανασία για τον Shanti, πιστεύοντας ότι ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή και μετά μου ήταν πολύ δύσκολο να πάρω την ίδια απόφαση για τον Balu. Κοιμόμουν μαζί του για μερικούς μήνες, αλλά όταν ήρθε η ώρα, μου έλειπαν κρίσιμες πληροφορίες σχετικά με το στάδιο του τέλους της ζωής των ζώων, οπότε επέλεξα ξανά την ευθανασία.

Μια εβδομάδα μετά, συνάντησα τη Monique, animalchemy.com, η οποία μου εξήγησε ότι τα ζώα περνούν από κάποια συγκεκριμένα στάδια στο τέλος της ζωής τους. Μοιράστηκε μαζί μου ότι στα 20 χρόνια ως ντούλα θανάτου, μόνο ένας πελάτης της επέλεξε την ευθανασία. Οι περισσότεροι επέλεξαν να περάσουν τη διαδικασία αυτή με τα κατοικίδια ζώα τους αφότου την κατανόησαν.

Αυτή η 45λεπτη παρουσίαση από τη Monique ήταν αυτό που με έκανε να αρχίσω να μαθαίνω περισσότερα για αυτή τη διαδικασία. Ένιωσα έτοιμη κάνω το επόμενο βήμα και να αρχίσω το Masterclass της.

I was sleeping with him for a couple months, but when the time came, I lacked crucial information about the end-of-life phase for animals, so I chose euthanasia again.
