Where does the meat you eat come from? Most people today probably can’t give a complete answer to that question. I’ve always found it deeply unsettling how many of those people don’t want to think about that question. I really enjoyed this year’s “Mustang Heritage Spectacular” held in Lexington, Kentucky. It was three days of incredible competitions for trainers to show off the talent of their mustangs. Not to mention, many demonstrations, vendors and speakers all focused on horses. Lots of people went home with a new mustang of their own.
