Princess “Petunia” is available to a companion/performance home from our recent Ronan x Pippa litter! Petunia is 5 months old, extremely well socialized already traveling and spectating at several dog shows!

Petunia is crate trained, started on lead training and basic obedience. She loves being outdoors, whether just hanging out or accompanying on walks or other adventures!

Both of Petunia’s parents are OFA Health Tested with passing results, Hips, Heart, Patellas, & LCP. She is microchipped with AKC Reunite, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm preventive and vet checks. She will head out insured for 30 days complimentary of Trupanion!

She is currently located in the Upper Midwest, USA but transport options are available.

While Summer has started off quite busy, it has been successful inside the show ring and out!!

We are excited to share that of our 7 dogs OFA Health tested for Hip Dysplasia, all received normal results with a “Good” rating! Results on these health tests are essential for us to make breeding decisions going forward, along with ensuring the best health results as these dogs age!!

Our lovely youngster, “Liam” is available to a companion or performance home. Liam is very special to us, as he is sired by the fabulous “Skabba” who was bred and resides with Texforrier Fox Terriers in Finland.

Liam is extremely sweet with people, very outgoing and best friends with everyone he meets! He would do fabulous in a home with another Fox Terrier girl.

Liam just turned a year old, and would be a fabulous hiking buddy, love to hang out in the backyard playing ball, and cuddle up on the couch on lazy days.

Liam will be neutered, up to date on vet work and vaccinations before leaving. Liam has OFA Normal Patellas.

6 year old tan and white “Chanel” is seeking the perfect retirement home, as sadly her longtime owner passed away recently.

Chanel has been a full time house dog, is very easy going, loves everyone and is extremely good with other dogs! She would love to be spoiled 24/7, either as an only dog or with other dogs.

We are home after an extremely long and hectic 6 weeks on the road! 5 weeks of shows, along with an out of country vacation and several trips to transport in between!

A special thank you to everyone who pitched in help when needed to make it happen, it truly takes a village.

With the incoming snow storm here, I plan to spend the next few days working through inquiries and correspondence with those who have sent messages and applications, along with catching up on OFA Paperwork and our website updates.

We have some very exciting news to share in the coming weeks, with show results, upcoming stars, and litter plans. Stay tuned!

Exciting news to come today for some, as I intend to send our updates regarding our current available dogs, litters and return inquiries!! ✨We have had several inquiries for older/retired dogs, so I am posting on behalf of his co-owner, Gothic Smooth Fox Terriers!✨

Our 10 month old “Tommy” is available to a companion and/or performance home! He is extremely sweet, outgoing and gets along with everyone. Tommy is a happy bouncy (think Tigger) typical SFT. He will be happy to do whatever activity his new owner would like, hanging out in the living room or going for a long walk, or trying out a dog sport. He is really good on the table for his regular grooming and brushing, loving the attention. Tommy loves his tennis ball but isn’t pesky about having you throw it for him, he can toss and chase it himself too. He just makes you smile.

Tommy will be placed on a non-breeding & neuter contract. He will be up to date on all vaccines, heartworm testing and preventative before leaving. Tommy is microchipped with AKC Reunite, and registration will be transferred.

Tommy is from our Ryder & Ellie Litter, both parents have been OFA Tested with Normal and Passing Results for the following:

After a few weeks down quite ill, starting to get caught up here and taking advantage of our fabulous weather!

Introducing “Twizzler” from our Dealer x Fudge litter, who just recently turned 2 at the beginning of January. Twizzler truly never has a bad day, as fun loving and easy going as they come!

Twizzler is available to a show home or companion home, terms are flexible as our highest priority is a home well fit to his personality. He gets along with everyone, and truly has a warm zest for life.

Twizzler has never been shown, but has been well socialized, traveled to many shows and would settle in well with some training. He is truly lovely, but we would love to see him go somewhere in which he receives more one on one time to blossom.

We are so excited to introduce our first litter of the New Year, and our first litter in quite some time as we spent most of 2023 focusing on growing up our young up and comers and planning for our next generation.

We welcomed 3 Black and White girls ahead of the historic snow storms and frigid temperatures on Thursday. A special thank you to our veterinary team for jumping in on an elective C-Section, to avoid any concerns of power outages or emergency veterinary care that would’ve been inaccessible. We are happy to share that Pippa and all 3 girls are doing fabulous!

While only shown 2 weekends while he matures, “Ronan” already has two specialty Winners Dog awards at both Lake Effects Fox Terrier Specialties in 2022. Ronan was also Best of Opposite S*x in Sweepstakes at Montgomery County Kennel Club in 2022 under Fox Terrier Breeder/Judge Mrs. Dossett (Toofox Kennel). Ronan is the litter brother to Group Winning & Ch. Tease, Multi Specialty WB Wink, and Ch. Rip. Linebred on our foundation dogs, along with some of our favorite Fox Terriers through the years, we are so excited for Ronan’s future!

“Pippa” has amessed a successful show record of her own, while her sister “Posh” has stolen the spotlight this year. Pippa was Best of Opposite in Sweepstakes at the American Fox Terrier Club National Floater Specialty (Ohio) in 2021, along with finishing her Championship with Best of Breed wins from the Bred-By Class over specials. Pippa has already produced a successful litter in 2022, with “Darcy” and “Quinn” already major pointed.

Our 🌟star🌟 of 2023, princess “Posh!”

Posh made her specials debut in August after taking time off to raise a phenomenal litter, starting off with a banging winning the Greater Twin Cities Fox Terrier Club Specialty and onto Best of Breed at the American Fox Terrier Club Floating National!

Posh continued her success into Fall, with several breed wins onto group placements in beautiful entries!

Posh will continue her specials career into 2024, before heading back to the whelping box. She has truly been a dream come true!

While I took a few days off from posting as we competed in our first shows of the year, I wanted to finish our review on our new titles for 2023!

Next up is “Ryder,” who completed his Championship and Grand Championship in 2023 with multiple breed wins and Group Placements along the way! Ryder was piloted to these wins by Jr. Handler Evan, who also was awarded several Best Jrs with Ryder by his side!

Ryder has returned to Misty Hollow for 2024, and we look forward to continuing his specials career as well as showing his first puppies in the New Year! 🌟

🌟 A New Opportunity for the New Year!🌟

As we’ve spent most of 2023 growing up our youngsters and preparing for the next generation, with that comes some hard decisions on our dogs going forward. Fortunately, this brings fabulous opportunities to our families for young adult and adult dogs!

Our beautiful, sweet and outgoing “Flyer” is available to an active companion home beginning in Mid February. Flyer has truly never met a stranger or had a bad day, and has an exuberant zest for life. His Birthday is October 16th, 2022.

Flyer is rather busy, always wanting to join in on the next thing, and will do best in a home with frequent activities and exercise. He loves water, weather it be attempting to swim in his water bucket or bowl 🤦🏼‍♀️ or a trip to the lake.

Flyer is rather easy going, and gets along well with other dogs. He would do well with another like energy female dog, especially a Fox Terrier. He loves to play with toys with his people, or other dogs.

Flyer will be placed on AKC Limited Registration, neutered before leaving, as well as up to date on Vaccines, Heartworm Testing & Preventative. He is microchipped with AKC Reunite, and ownership will be transferred to his new family. Flyer is currently insured with Petsbest Pet Insurance, which will be transferred to his new owners within the U.S.

Flyer is from our Sid x Amelia litter, and his parent’s health testing is available on OFA.

Our next new champion of the year is Dare’s sister, “Secret” who was the first from the Solo x Bubbles litter to finish this year.

Secret finished with 4 majors, from the Puppy and Bred-By classes!

Next up is “Dare,” we are so excited to share that he will be joining his retirement home in February.

Dare is the second to finish from our Solo x Bubbles litter, finishing with 5 majors along the way exclusively shown in the Bred-By Class.

Dare was also Reserve Winners Dog to kennelmate “Ryder” earlier this year at the Mid-South Fox Terrier Club Specialty (Louisville AFTC National Weekend.)

As we wrap up 2023, I want to spend some time over the next few days to go through each of the new Misty Hollow titles for this year!

Perhaps finishing with the biggest bang, is our little girl “Tease.” Tease finished with multiple Best of Breed Wins over top ranked specials, and went on to a Group 1st her first day out as a special. Tease is the second to finish from our Solo x Dolly litter, but we are quite certain she won’t be the last as her sister “Wink” nears the finish line!
