Recipe for Homemade Dairy Free Probiotic Yogurt (for pets and their humans)

400 ml (14 oz) canned coconut milk (full fat)
3 quality probiotic capsules
Sterilized glass jar (about 16-20 oz) with lid

Pour the contents of canned coconut milk to the jar. Stir to combine the coconut milk. An immersion blender may be used. Open and add the probiotic capsules to the coconut milk, stirring between each addition with a plastic or wood spoon.
Cover the jar with lid and leave at room temperature 36-48 hours until to slightly thickened and soured.
The yogurt will be a little thicker when cold. Store in the refrigerator up to one week.

For pets, give 1/2 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon daily depending on pet size.
