All our shrimp colonies are booming! We're still setting up more tanks and increasing our breeding stock but we'd like to offer some limited quantities for local pickup. I also commute up and down the 99 from Fresno to Bakersfield weekly so meeting up can be arranged. Take advantage to save shipping costs and stress! I have some very exciting news aquatic fam!🤗🎉

Ryan and Sabdy his fiancé will be taking over BTBAquatics and will be the new owners!

I know this is sad news for some but many of you know I have been struggling with my health for awhile now and I simply just cannot keep up with the aquatic business anymore like I use to. It was time to let go and move on to other things I’m able to do with my health issues. This decision to do so was very hard on me. I poured a lot of love and hard work into this business. I built it from the ground up.

Don’t be to sad through as I will still be around but in the background for the next 6 months. I will be working with Ryan and his fiancé to create smooth transition in ownership! I made sure when I choose the next owners they would put as much passion into my business as I did.

Even more exciting news is there will be lots of new hombred aquatic livestock introduced for sale soon plus new dry goods! Different shrimp colors and snails then what I offered before plus the pervious shrimp selection I use to offer. Ryan and Sadby have some big plans for the business and I’m very excited! It makes me happy to know it will be in great hands and able to flourish.

I am selling my ENTIRE BTBAquatics Business. This includes all of my Socials, Webpage, Stands, Tanks, Plants, Shrimp, Dry Goods, Equipment Everything. Literally Entire Business all togather is for sale. I will be also including introductions to many of my retailers I sell to. I sell to a handful local and across California.

I have 18 tanks, 2 custom racks that fit 24 10g tanks.
All high quality lighting for all of the tanks that fit the racks to grow plants. Many tanks running with tanks of plants and shrimp. Heaters, mixing barrels, everything you need to run a freshwater aquatic business. Everything you need to run day to day operations. All the equipment you could ever need.

Due to my health I simply can not run my aquatic business anymore. It is very successful and makes good money.

Good morning everyone! 🤗

Many have been wondering where I have been the last handful of months. Ever since my move I haven’t been active. I have finally decided to make this post. It is honestly hard to share but it is needed.

Unfortunately my health has really been declining over the last 2 years. After my big move its only gotten worse. I’ve been pretty sick. We recently discovered I have multiple auto immune diseases making me so sick. Sadly there is no cure. I deal with horrible chronic pain constantly and it’s gotten to the point I can no longer ship orders or do water changes on my own. Heck just doing daily life is rough and challenging for me. It’s very unpredictable which makes planned ship out days hard. I have my good days and bad days. Some days I’m just not able to do anything but rest in bed.

I will be taking a few months out of the hobby just to focus on my health. I pretty much have been already since I’ve been to sick for the most part to ship and have been absent on all socials. I am officially stating it through so my customers aren’t left wondering where I went. I will be posting a notice on my website as well. I still have the tanks up and going but I will not be shipping during this time. I am not getting out of the hobby at this time. I am just taking a few months officially to focus on just my health. I really do love sh*****ng and have worked very hard to build my business. In the future I’m hoping to find someone who can handle my water changes and shipping for me moving forward so things can run smoothly again. During this time I do need to take a break through.

I may offer local pickups but your have to be patient with me as I cannot always be flexible on pickup days. I may have to reschedule you as well maybe even a few times. Unfortunately auto immune diseases are unpredictable and you just have bad days so planned pickups can be hard.

Moving forward it’s possible my health will become more manageable with time once we figure out what works for me. Rather it be new meds or massive lifestyle changes. It will be a process and may take awhile. I’m hoping after my break I can become active again like I use to be.

Still putting in SOOO much work with my Green Emerald colony. Excited about all the progress I have made with them from where I originally started😏 Finally getting that right shade more consistently I’m wanting for color. Still ALOT of culling for this colony but definitely improvement.

I have been trying out a few new products I’m thinking of selling. I always test out all my products before I decide to sell them. I’m always looking for QUALITY products for my customers and a product I can proudly get behind and recommend! If I don’t see great results with something and it’s not something I would use for my colonies I won’t stock it and sell it.

One of the things I’m trying out are shrimp lollies, seems to be a hit in this tank!
