I’ll be available to pop over to the shop Sunday/Monday ON CALL. If you wanted to take a trip to Minto but were unable to make it today, please call or text 506-230-9446 to make arrangements and I’d be happy to stop by to open. Next week I will be continuing to tear down the store and will be packing up any remaining inventory after Wednesday.

Tomorrow is my last Saturday at the shop. We still have a good selection of discounted products and tank setups available. I’ll be there 12-5! Stop by to see what great deals you can grab before the doors close permanently.

All that remains for livestock is assassin and mystery snails, which will be coming home with me by the end of tomorrow if any remain.

Thank you again everyone for all the kind messages and well wishes for my future. You all have made this business a great success for the last 5 years. I’m sad to say goodbye to you all, but look forward to taking the summer off to be with my children and onto greater things from there.

Last 55 gallon available. Includes two cycled sponge filters, new package of airline tubing, heater. Need an air pump to run sponges and lid/lights if you want them. Ready to be up and running instantly. Post will be removed when it’s gone. Take it as you see it in the photo. Lots of other tanks remain, but since this one is in high demand the first one to pay for it and pick it up gets it.

As of today there is officially 10 days until our final closing date.

What’s going on in the shop:

- All retail items have been marked down, lowest sticker price and no tax.

- All tanks are available ranging from 2.5-55 gallons. Various conditions/price ranges. More tanks are being pulled out of storage every day. Some are full setups (only requiring air pumps for sponge filters as I ran one large commercial one in the shop), some are bare tanks. Aquariums that I don’t have the time to scrape clean/aren’t in the best condition are marked down as low as $1/gal.

- Many products have been bundled together into packages at an even lowered cost than buying individual discounted items.

- EVERYTHING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED - I am not in a position to be holding unpaid items for people to not show up and missing out on opportunities to sell said items to people inquiring in store. Exceptions can be made if things are prepaid/pick up times are confirmed. Thank you for understanding this.

- I may be in/out of the shop throughout the week briefly to move things out to my house down the road. I’ll have a sign up to please call/text 506-230-9446 or message the fb page to notify me that you’re on your way/there waiting for me if I’m not downstairs so I can return to serve you.

- More photos of what’s available to come. I will be announcing a last date for customers to visit, as I have to be vacant from the building May 31st and the shelving units etc. need to be torn down by then. Anything that doesn’t sell by that date will be coming home with me and sold online.

We’ve made our closing sale even better with value packs! Discount applies to the lowest sticker price for the combination of products.

Currently in the process of cleaning/tear down of the aquarium setups to be sold off. I’ll try my best to get them posted however, if they sell in store before I get a chance to post them here they’re first come first served.

Thank you again, everyone. It has been touching to hear your goodbyes and well wishes coming to visit the store for the last time. I’ll truly miss being part of our fish keeping community.

I am announcing the closure of Some-Fin Tropical effective May 31st (or until all inventory/supplies have been sold).

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my loyal customers, friends, and community for your support over the years. I am proud of the memories we've made and the relationships built, and I will always cherish the time spent at the store. It has been an honour to serve you.

What this means for you:
- The store will remain open until May 31st to allow you to shop remaining inventory, otherwise another announcement will be made if all has been sold before that date.
-All sales for remaining livestock will be in-store only, first come first served. There may be a final delivery date in Fredericton for dried goods if there is enough demand. Livestock availability will be posted/updated and the website will be shut down in the near future.
- All sales will be final, and we will not be accepting returns or exchanges.
- Gift certificates will be honored until May 31st or until inventory/supplies have been sold.

Business has been great thanks to you, but it’s a 24/7 job. I need to dedicate more time to what really matters, who are my children.
