Foster update: Our sweet kittens, Eric and Ernie, are on quite the journey! Eric is thriving and full of energy, keeping us all entertained. Little Ernie, though, has faced an unexpected challenge. What we thought was a bladder infection turned out to be a congenital defect. He now has a urinary catheter and a stylish body suit to keep it in place while he grows big and strong for his final surgery at 6 months old. Despite it all, Ernie’s spirit is as bright as ever! Fostering truly saves lives, and these little ones remind me every day why it’s all worth it. 🐾💜

Are you struggling to find time for mindfulness? Walking your dog is a great opportunity to do just that. Learn from your dog and enjoy the walk as they do. Skip the music, the audiobook, podcast and phonecall and just be present. Give it a try!
As a wonderful side effect you'll enhance your bond with your animal friend because they will notice that you're fully with them. Animals are great teachers! 💜
