Meet SPOT AND DOT!

These two extremely FUN, OUTGOING, CUDDLY AND SWEET girls are about 1-2 years old each, 23 and 25lbs, great with dogs and humans (slightly shy at first typical to there breed but then warm right up and want cuddles!) They are playful but also settle down after initial meeting excitement. They so far are amazing on and off leash but will chase thing that run, but recall once they animal is stopped or gone. They were likely used to a farm/large yard area and thrive with someone to give them attention. We are working on them knowing it's ok to walk into a house and door way but once they know they won't get in trouble they waltz right in! They love being outside and following eachother around. They enjoy other dogs to run and play with as well, crate great together or separated but must be near/next to eachother. Seem decent in house training so far, they can dig if left alone but have no care to run away they just want to see what's on the other side and still chose to stay in there area. They are not climbers or jumpers except out of excitement to see you. They would LOVE A HOME TOGETHER! They know Sit and NO, and Kennel so far. They also could use a foster home!

They are very fun and happy dogs!

These sweet pups were brought into the shelter trapped shut in a box in someones trunk in over 100° heat wave, they had ringworm and were missing alot of there fur. With quality care and time they recovered and are the s***kiest fun loving pups!

Meet the Amazing Flintstone girls!

Pebbles (black and white)
Wilma (tan small girl)
Betty (tan/white)

These girls are FUN, semi active, very puppy and friendly. They love people and other dogs, glcalm in your arms for cuddles and they all around are just fun loving girls!

They are thought to be maybe Chihuahua Whippet mixes (very spotty tummy and skin) long legged springy pups of about 11 weeks old.

Looking for a very special foster or adopter!

This sweet young girl is Dutchess! She is only about 8 months old seems mostly house trained, crate trained but will cry at first. She was unfortunately very close to being put down at a high kill shelter due to a *broken leg* well turns out she has no breaks, which is good and bad news.

She has a Brachial plexus injury which is a nerve issue from being over stretched some how (pulled hard by leg, hanging or swung etc.). She is undergoing at home physical therapy and a toe corrector boot (and socks when not in toe corrector to keep sores at bay) she will also get cold laser therapy 1-3 times a week and then weekly after initial treatments.

She would love a home to continue to recover and hopefully regain use of her leg. It will be a 2-4 month likely foster. Rescue is covering all her vet bills and therapy, she will be spayed as well once we know more how her leg is healing.

EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED ASAP NEAR SONOMA COUNTY FOR 1-2 WEEKS MAX!!

This handsome boy is Frankie,he's young and excitable, he had leash manners and on/off leash manners with E collar training for off leash while with me, probably needs some reminder of proper manners as he's been in a lenient home.

He needs foster until transport back to me in Oregon July 6th or 16th!! He is 33lbs and 1 year old.

WHY DOES NOBODY WANT TO ADOPT THIS SWEET BOY!
he's been with us for 3 months and not 1 application 😞. He's a fun, sweet boy who takes a second to warm up to new people and prefers women to men but does bond with both in time. He enjoys his other dog friends, could exist with cats. He's crate and house trained but may have an accident at first until he adjusts. He loves walks and just getting to go with you! He wouldn't mind traveling with you ethier as he's good in the car. Here he is with some of his foster homes personal dogs. He's about 2 years old and 12 lbs yorkie mix.

She is the last available puppy (even mom is adopted now!) From Freidas litter. She is a tiny 3lb short-haired girl whose full of s***k and love! She is great with other dogs and all animals, would be good with kids who are not too rough or rowdy, and is working on crate and house training in foster!

Look at these darlings, found in an orchard and sadly mom had been hit by a car and passed away. Daddy here kept the puppies alive and stayed with them! Him and his 5 pups are coming up in the next couple weeks and would love foster/adopters waiting to give them LOVE!

WE STILL HAVE PUPPIES! 14 weeks old mom is only 20lbs they will be 15-20lbs most likely, sweet, loving, so so smart and love to play and learn!

They are all under 10 pounds still at there older puppy age and doing amazing with potty training and crate training.

Mom is in last photos and she's young about 1 year old (no cats please) but loves kids and other dogs!

Can you believe these sweet faces have not been snapped up yet 😳

These 2 are the last of 6 waiting for foster homes, but not 1 puppy from this litter has gotten an adoption applications?! The only female and the last male.

They are min pin chihuahua terrier mixes mom is about 18/20lbs tall lanky, dad was likely smaller chi terrier mix as they are 5-8lbs and 13 weeks old. They have 2 sets of shots, dewormed, chipped and are really good with kitties who they play with daily 😄! (Barn cats who sleep inside). They are snuggly and adventurous and ready to be your ride or die partner!

Meet Omi (means grandma in German)

This handsome boy was found as a stray after being left in a dog park in the Eugene area. A nice lady took him home, and nobody claimed him. He was not chipped. He was in horrendous health, rotten teeth, wonky rear legs, and just the smallest sweetest boy ever. He weight 5.6lbs and to our vets surprise he ages him at around 15 years old!! Omi is in a wonderful foster home but needed extensive dental and blood work, plus recovery time/medications and wet food diet. His right side shows remodeling of the ribs, pelvis and knee/stifle. It's likely he was hit by car, kicked/dropped, something all on the right side. He also has 2 of his spinal vertebrae mis-aligned likely due to his injuries it's a miracle he is not paralyzed in some way or showing Neurological issues per our vet!

We are hoping a few of our wonderful supports would like to help us out, we've had a slew of poor luck with dogs arriving sick or needing more extensive surgery then the typical spay/neuter we expect. We can only save more lives and help dogs like Omi with help from our supporters.

We LOVE our local veterinary team at High Desert Vet caring for our dogs and helping us afford their needs even going above and beyond ❤️ 🐾

Soo...this gem better find a home FAST! She is sticking to me like glue and is just an amazing wonderful dog!

She is so smart and loyal choosing to be near me instead of off smelling and playing. She enjoys attention and play time, LOVES other dogs of all sizes! She prefers to not love with kitties as she's alittle too interested in them when they run around.
She is crate trained and on her way to being fully house trained. She is a boxer French mastiff mix female about 53lbs and 10 minute old.

Someone better snap up this amazing dog asap!

It's a sad day in Rescue when inquiring because a foster stepped up for a 4 month old puppy, who we learned was already euthanized, along with 2 siblings and 3 other puppies under 6 months old. 💔💔. This is the sad reality of overcrowded shelters having to make the tough calls and make room so in honor of the ones we weren't able to save we pulled the last 2 dogs on the same list with the same fate just a day later.

We welcomed Tofu and Suey (Sue-E). Sweet easy going girls who met and bonded in a shelter cage as strays. They arrive the 8th to Bend Oregon and tofu has a foster lined up but Suey could use a foster home to go into it!

Happy 3 weeks old to Friedas litter! Mom is a great mom all puppies are thriving! They have been starting to open eyes one by one.

They have officially been named:
Have named them using an Australian theme
Brown/sable male is Wombat
Spot male (BLACK/WHITE) is now Magpie
All black female is Tassie (As in Tasmanian Devil),
Two black and tan females are Dingo and Roo (as in kanga).

More photos to come soon of them as they grow and start waddling around.

This tiny sweet girl is only 6lbs, she arrived to a high kill shelter with raw/burned (Potentially roadrash) on her front toes and nose. It is believed she was tossed out of a moving car after being turned away due to the shelter being full. She is healed and has no lasting trauma or medical needs at this time, the vet will give her one last look over but she will just have mildly deformed front toes, which do not bother her at all! She is a gen in a tiny body already adult so no puppy funny buisiness to worry with, she would love a retired owner or someone who wants a lap dog when home to spoil and watch movies with! she is proving to be mostly house trained in her short stay so far in temporary foster. she loves other dogs and cats, mildly shy at first but a sniff and shes your best friend!

His foster is going out of town and needs someone to watch him until she returns. He is crate and house trained but can be shy at first and needs time to warm up. He's super sweet and cuddly, very food motivated.

Meet Rosie (last photos is how she arrived)
Rosie came to us from California as a Owner Surrender, unfortunately who arrived was not the Rosie we see now. She was scared, defeated and obviously never truly loved. We were told she was a healthy happy 3 year old Maltese Poodle mix. This was the farthest from the truth. She arrived a broken, sick, in pain sweet little girl. She had severe skin issues and secondary skin infections, rotten teeth with forming abscesses. Fortunately after taking care of all her medical needs she is COMPLETELY healed and has no lasting medical issues!

Rosie is a sweet 4-5 year old (estimated by chip date and based on teeth by our vet) Maltese likely terrier mix as her fur has some wirey feel with the soft coat. She LOVES kids of ALL ages she lives with a 2 and 6 year old and is always around them and wants to be in view of them at all times. She is sweet and gentle to everyone she meets but prefers to hang out loose and without crates. She can be crated and whines but eventually calms, she enjoys her dog door outside access but was fine in a home without after a few days and refresher course of potty etiquette in new situations. She loves Car rides and is happiest with you. She enjoys walks and low key hikes. She enjoys other dogs and doesnt mind sharing with them but doesn't need another dog to be happy.

She has been fully vetted, dental procedure done, and up to date on all vaccines.

Meet Benny
Benny would love a foster or adopter

Benny was saved by a family from Texas, he was found starved, sick and likely beaten up because of his soft and submissive demeanor to other dogs of all sizes. He was Heartworm positive but not negative, healthy and fully vetted. Benny deserved a home of his own and they have other tiny dogs and decided it'd be best for Benny to find his own home like he deserved not to be crated 8 hours a day. He is great with dogs from 4lbs all the way larger dogs if they are not mean to him. He is to submissive to be placed with another dog who would bully him, he would let the 4lb chihuahuas boss him around. He's goofy and fun to run and play with. He's an amazing hiking partner and is getting some basic training under his belt. He's good around cats, good with kids, crate and house trained. He's calm but active and is perfectly happy going for a walk, or lounging to watch some movies! He's about 2 years old and 55lbs. Probably a Bully mix but his face is some kind of boxer or bulldog maybe? He has the CUTEST underbite and head tilt!!

Meet Walter!
This handsome 3-4 year old Cocker spaniel Mini Poodle mix male is the sweetest boy ever. He loves to be loved and to play ball! He brings it back and asks you very politely to throw it again. He's crate and house trained but may mark in a new home at first IF ANOTHER DOG has prior. He really loves his person/people. He likes other dogs and wants to play but does best with other non-dominant dogs and small dogs over big dogs.
He sees the vet for an ear check and exam and then will be ready for his forever home! He is looking for his foster or foster to adopt home! He appears to be mostly hypoallergenic BUT we never garuntee this as everyone is allergic differently to dogs. He's a solid 18-20lbs now but should be 15 max at a good weight. He enjoys wet food with his kibble and doesn't love to have to eat only kibble alone. Enjoys treats.
