🐴 Full clip (everything except mane) - £60
🐴 Hunter (whole body and all head) - £50
🐴 Hunter+1/2 (whole body & half head) - £45
🐴 Blanket (+1/2 head) - £40
🐴 Trace/Chaser/Irish ( all +1/2 head) - £35
🐴 1/2 Legs + Hog + Jawline - £30
🐴 Fethers clip & blend (without body clip) £40
🐴 1/2 Legs (with part clip) - £25

To add:
💈 Hog + £5
💈 1/2 Legs with a part clip + £15
💈 Tidy back of Legs/Heels only + £10
💈 Pull Mane & tail rake/clip + £15 when done with a body clip or £25 as a seperate visit.

🦄 I can also do bespoke clips to suit you and your horses individual requirements, just message me to discuss what you would like doing. Prices reflect area clipped off and time taken to do it, just as the traditional styles do.

🚙 Travel is included up to a radius of approximately 30 minutes from my base but as I haven't really made any increase in my previous prices I am having to start adding a small extra travel fee for locations outside this area. I am sure that you will understand, and of course this will be shared between clients for multiple clips on the same yard. 😊

Dear Teddy has had his legs clipped and blended, his mane hogged, beard trimmed, and a cooling Bib clipped off his neck and girth area. More comfortable for him, and easier for his owner to care for him. 😁🐴

🌟 Availability for clipping 🌟

In the past couple of weeks, (since we went from winter to summer, seemingly skipping spring completely) I have been out and about clipping quite a few cooking Cobs and overheating Oldies, as well as perspiring Performance horses. 😅
If you are struggling to manage your hairy horse in the warmer weather then a clip might be just the thing to make life more comfortable for both of you.
You can ask me to take as much or as little hair off as you like, as I will always accommodate bespoke clipping styles.
The extra high Trace clip works well for several of the retired horses that I do, allowing them to stay cool but also have warmth and protection over the back.
Whereas a full clip can be very beneficial for the truly hairy beasties, especially those who are struggling with feather mites, mallenders or CPL.
For pink skinned horses I have Medium blades or the Covercoat ones which leave a bit more length of hair so that they don't burn in the sun.
So what ever styles of clipping will promote better welfare for your horse, cob, or pony, please don't hesitate to get in touch to discuss the options and to book an appointment.

It is Happy Gotya Day to Wilma today, three years and counting... 🥰

A properly clean coat makes such a difference!

Everyones shouting already it's too cold to bath...

1)It's still double figures.

2)The rain is not warm when it falls from the sky.

3)Dirty horses damage clippers.

4)Dirty horses blunt blades.

5)The blades can then snag and cause your horse discomfort or even pain.

6) hot clothing a clipped horse works great and really lifts the grease, but hot clothing a hairy horse will only wipe the surface clean and compress the dirt and grease underneath making it even tougher to get through.

7) I'll have to charge you extra for wrecking my equipment 🤷

8) please don't cover your horse in any magical ore clip oils or no rinse washes.

9) does nobody remember how to walk a horse round and thatch it so it stays warm til it's dry?

10)wash it or it might look like this
