First little walk for Freddie , only 15 minutes as he’s only 6 months of age .he’s only just learning to walk on a lead , I always double lead rescue dogs until they are settled . Freddie has a harness and a slip lead on for double security .
Small steps but it’s fair to say he loved his little walk .

Nothing is more rewarding than watching the journey of a rescue dog.
This is the latest member of the family .
Meet Freddie , a nervous little shihtzu cross .
Freddie has come from a rescue who rescued him from a puppy farm in Ireland .
Until 3 weeks ago Freddie didn’t know what people were .
He arrived at the rescue badly matted and had some nasty bite wounds on his back .
In less than 24 hours his personality is already starting to show.
Stay tuned over the next few weeks to watch Freddie on his journey .
