I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!
Couple of announcements!
1.) I am fully back to work with no weight restrictions for my back. I will have pain the rest of my life but it is what it is. Like everyone, I have my good and bad days and boy do I know when it's gonna rain 😆
2.) Christmas is right around the corner, and I'm filling up appointment spots quick. If you are wanting in before Christmas, please message me soon. By the end of this week, I'll more than likely be fully booked.
3.) I will be closed from December 24th to December 29th. And then closed January 1st and 2nd.
4.) This decision has not been easy for me to make, but starting the 1st of 2025, I will be increasing my prices. With the cost of living, rent, grooming tools and supplies going up, I had to give. I will not be increasing them by a bunch though. There will be a $5 to $20 dollar increase depending on what the services is. I will not be charging "big city" prices so please don't think that I will.
5.) Please please communicate with me if you have other things going on the day of your appointment. I have had a big influx of clients not picking up their pets in a reasonable time frame and not giving me and reason as to why or any heads up at all. I do not have the space for dogs to stay for hours and hours after their appointment. I am not a boarding facility. It is also not fair to the dogs that have to hang out here when they would much rather be home with their family. Starting the 1st, if you are more than 30 minutes late to picking up your pet with 0 communication, I will start charging a dollar a minute as a "holding" fee. I really do not want to do this. So please communicate with me so we can avoid this. I understand things happen that can cause hold ups, I get that! But ignoring my calls or texts when I'm trying to find out what is going on really doesn't help. If you know you have something going on that may hold you up for pickups, please let me know and we can work out a solution and no charge. But I must be kept in the loop.
I appreciate everyone of you for sticking with me especially with the broken back situation! I hope to continue to see all your furry friends throughout the next year and years to come 😊
🐾Happy Holidays!🐾
