I don’t mind horses that are a bit tricky or nervous but this should be discussed when booking in. If your horse needs sedation you should arrange this, if you know your horse kicks be honest or I will be refusing!

Horses should be presented clean and dry. I understand we don’t all have 5* facilities but turning up to horses just dragged out the felid is not acceptable.
The cleaner the horse the better the clip.

I will also no longer be fixing other people’s dodgy clips !
