Hello everyone.

I know it's been a long time since I've made a post here.

Unfortunately, this isn't the best of posts that I'll be making but it is a necessary one.

I believe I've stated before that I am taking a pretty big step back from my breeding program and only keeping a few lines going here.

What that means is, until an undetermined amount of time, I'll only have litters paired maybe every four- mostly like six months, at a time.

I am taking this step due to some serious personal complications that have occurred in my life and I no longer find it fair or appropriate for me to be breeding at the capacity that I was.

That doesn't mean you can't still get certain lines or traits that I carry.

A lot of my lines are going to trusted breeder friends whom I know will give them the love and care that they need and who can share them with you as well.

I will list those breeders below so that you may continue to get these traits and qualities until I can pick them back up here.

The lines I will keep going here are as follows; Russian Rainbow Harley, Russian Rainbow x Pearl Silvermane, Velveteen Dwarf, and Tabby.

My rb tonks, siamese, burm, russian rainbow velveteen, and martens, will be going to others.

The breeders who have graciously offered their assistance:

and possibly more.

Working on pics currently. Not going to have much if any available babies after this big change.

I apologize for that.

But I do have some adults to home- retires and those who I passed for my breeding programs. If you're interested in those, please let me know. They will be discounted.

The lines I am keeping, I'll be pairing today so hopefully they conceive sooner rather than later, and I'll have some babies to offer to you in July.

Good afternoon, everyone.

It is with a heavy heart that I have come here to say I will be taking a few steps back in my breeding program.

While I plan to keep two or three lines going here, most of my lines will either be transferred to the care of trusted breeders or discontinued.

I unfortunately have hit a period in my personal life where this will be the best form of action for my mental health and well being.

Thank you all for being here with me on this adventure and I hope that you can continue to be here for when I make my comeback.

This is not the end but the start of a new beginning.

Where my lines go will be disclosed at a further date once I have the details finalized.

Sometime in the night/early morning, I lost my dear girl Rocket, who had taken over my heart the moment she arrived her.

This month would have been the start of her legacy and potentially my favorite line but as fate would have it, it was not meant to be.

I don't know what caused her passing, but it was quick, having take her away from me in a matter of a couple of days.

I'm so sorry, Rocket. I didn't know you were sick. I didn't see the signs until it was already too late.

Rest in peace, my heart rat. First to greet me and the last I wanted to put back home... I love you.

The update and pics of rat babies will come tomorrow as it's cage cleaning day and just easier to manage then.

For now, however, I will say we have re-started our African Soft Fur breeding program and just had our 2nd litter.

Hopefully they'll stick this time. 🖤

Hello everyone.

Sorry for my absence.

My grandpa passed less than a week ago and I've been taking this time to process and grieve.

Regarding transport for your pets, please do your research. I've seen too much pet loss when it comes to people using transporters to get their pets home.

Today started out good but isn't doing so well now.

FR-Mint gave birth to 9 lovely beans: 4 girls and 5 boys.

Then Cherry gave birth to 12 and some didn't look too good... Unfortunately, it seems that Cherry was not made out for motherhood as before I could figure out how to help her and her babies, she destroyed half of them. The others I've now fostered to Mint but it doesn't look good for them either.

In my four years of breeding, I have not had a mom do this to healthy young. It's a side of breeding I didn't expect but should have considered possible.

I feel very heartbroken about it and I'm going to work on doing my best to ensure it happens less or preferably not at all.

Evening everyone.

I've been swamped in my personal life and therefore have lacked in the updates per usual.

Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday party with Saturday being her actual birthday so I plan to take her out then as well.

With that in mind, the goal is to post available siamese babies and give you any if at all pairing updates on Sunday.

For today's update, I bring you my current pairings!

Expecting a lot of things from these litters: Harley, blues, Silvermane, Velveteen, possibly some dwarf, and the return of marten, etc.

Now introducing new breeders to the rattery: Macaroon, Marzipan, and Mochi.

Macaroon and Marzipan are standard sized. Mochi is dwarf. 🖤

The remaining babies from the Cookieman x Oatmeal-Cookie. They are wheaten burm and pearl silvermane. Dad also expressed merle.

Also my keepers from Cookiedough x Cocoa-Crinkle in the last 4 pics.

3 girls. 1 boy. The last girl and the boy are staying here to progress the line.

The Dumbo girl is for sure pending. The other may be posted this weekend the siamese litter.
