Meet the team ✨

I often get asked about myself and why I started the dog business, so I thought I would share a bit more…

I’m Liv, a 26 year old from Surrey and this is Maisie, an Irish beagle/lab rescue who takes her role very seriously as Product Tester.

I came up with the idea for The Dotty Dog Box while I was on furlough for one day a week during the pandemic. My dad was incredibly poorly with cancer at the time and it gave me a positive focus and something we could talk through together each day. Unfortunately, he passed away before the launch but knowing he had had a small input will always be really special for me and a driver in everything I do.

The welfare of dogs has always been a priority for me and having fostered more rescue dogs than I can count growing up, I knew I wanted to build a business that provided the highest quality products for dogs and for ease, all in one place.

Over 30% of British households own a dog and they are a key member of our families, so why should they have anything but the best. I handpick all of the products I use to ensure quality and have a key focus on sustainability, using natural and eco products and only working with British brands (I even have a number of vegan products)🇬🇧.

6 months in to this journey and I have been blown away by the online community and support I’ve received - I love interacting with you all and seeing your pups enjoying the products! It’s been a fantastic journey and I’ve learnt so much and wake up every day excited with new ideas to make the business better!

On to a new week and more big things, I can’t wait to see where we are in another 6 months ❤️
