- the dates you are away
- details on the pets - dogs, cats, breeds, ages, medications etc
- if there is parking at the property
- how long the dogs are left alone for at a time
- the way they behave in lead, interact with others etc
- an address
- days and times between 10:00 and 19:00 that you are available for a video call
Why do we need this info?
Becsuee it helps us gain a good prospective and we are able to give you a more specific quote and tailor made service. Having the info uprint allows us to plan ahead. There are some areas we odnt cover and we need to feel safe and secure in the environment we are working in
