My favorite day of the week is.. HARVEST DAY! It still amazes me how each individual crop has its distinct and delectable aroma that wafts into the air during harvest.( I assure you, this is no exaggeration!) Such an enchanting way to spend the day as we package our harvests with care and get them to your FRESH and FLAVORFUL.

Collaborating with exceptional individuals who share my commitment to excellence (and vision of art as experience) has been a highlight of this journey. (Plus I get to enjoy gorgeous treats like this in the process, so it’s a WIN, WIN!) and in case you were wondering..YES! Microgreens are DELICIOUS on dessert too 🌱🧁🍓🤩

Many thanks to our talented friend, teacher, and possibly the most patient person in the world, Amy Pollman-Hoehner and Five Point Makery for sharing all of her wisdom and incredible micro-greens. Lemon basil and red veined sorrel not only complete the presentation of the lemon raspberry cupcakes, they elevate the taste for a truly magnificent experience. I appreciate you, friend! Looking forward to more tasty collaborations.

🌱 And.. We’re BACK!! Just dropped off a fresh batch of microgreens at the Sautter’s Markets in Sylvania 🛒🌿 These little powerhouses of nutrition are packed with vitamins and minerals, and they add a burst of flavor to any dish. 🥗 Excited for everyone to try them out and experience the freshness and goodness of homegrown microgreens!

Holy smokes! Ok, I’ve decided to reveal some personal information…. Just got back my biometric report and I am just flabbergasted!! 🤯😱🤩😳Two years ago, things were looking a lot more bleak (trust me .) What has changed?? MICROGREENS! 🌱💚💃👩‍🌾💪 It’s the only thing I changed and it CHANGED everything. To think all this time, health for me was just a sprinkle away!! Just. That. Simple. 🥰

Hello Everyone, Happy deep winter to you! 🥶❄️🌨️I find post-holiday season is a good time to slow the roll, take stock, pause for introspection and rest to fill the reserves. 😌😌😌

As it turns out, allowing your tide to go out AND in is an essential process to optimized sustainability. This is seems to be universal, no matter what avenue of life you may be traversing.

As such, here are the Makery, we are giving ourselves a little reprieve too. For the next few weeks, we will have limited production and will be taking a break from the Farmer’s Market.

If you are in need of microgreens, I do have stock available so please contact me to see what’s available. Delivery or pick up can be arranged as well. (As fresh produce is limited during the winter months, it’s a great time to explore getting your nutritional needs met by adding fresh power packed micros into your diet!) 🌱💚🌱

In the meantime, I encourage you to sleep in a little longer, find quiet in your cup of tea while watching the snow fall, get cozy under a heap of blankets, press play on an extra episode of your favorite show, pick up that book you’ve been wanting to read, take out that craft you’ve been wanting to start/work on/ finish, enjoy a bowl of steamy homemade soup (which is of course garnished with delicously nutritious FPM microgreens!!)🥰☕️🍜🛌🌅and revel in this season of rejuvenation.

Had a beautiful morning spent in the sunshine down at the Toledo Farmer’s Market today! Just wanted to remind everyone that the market is enclosed AND heated during the winter and it’s a wonderful way to support your local artisans AND stay warm at the same time!! What’s not to love?? See the fun for yourself every Sat 9-1 through April. (And note it is actually very well attended but when we are busy I’m tending to shoppers, so I took this when time allowed 😝)

Lovin this gift basket I put together from some of my favorite local made items from the Toledo Farmers' Market. It was a hit at the white elephant exchange for my family’s annual gathering yesterday! In this basket, I included handmade Parmesean Herbed The Charsaac Chip Company, fresh tapped maple syrup infused with butterscotch from JF Woodworking, Summer Harvest Honey , Ginger Peach Jam from Claudia’s Preserves, Country Grains Bread Company: Sin-o-Man bread, beautiful votives from JP Curbs Candles and of course some Five Point Makery Microgreens! Will definitely keep this is mind for next year too!
