Prepping for Alderson Farmers Market this afternoon y’all! The table should be pretty today, with this Swiss chard, and curly garlic scapes. 😊 Will have lettuce as always, -Baby salad mix, and these gorgeous heads. Sweet and crunchy they’ll make a Caesar salad, or wrap your burger.

Lots of green beans this week, folks. 👏 and garlic scapes for the 1st time. 😊 if you’ve never had “scapes”, they’re a mild and tender form of garlic. Best way to eat them is pan seared with bacon bits or grease and a drizzle of honey. 😋😋😋

Bringing both of these items along with baby lettuce and granola to White Sulphur Springs Farmers’ Market, tomorrow at 3. 🤗

I can’t tell you how Proud I am of this amazing,hard working, unstoppable, mom that takes care of her 5 boys!!! 4 of which are younger than her and 1 that is older than her (me, her husband)!!!! She is at the Lewisburg fair grounds at the Newmar Kountry Klub International Rally!! She is crushing it today with the amazing granola she makes!!!

Just saying we might be a little thin on granola tomorrow at White Sulphur Springs Farmers’ Market! Come early if you want some!

Hey friends, we have been making our homemade granola, made with clean/organic ingredients! Getting ready to be a vendor at Newmar Kountry Klub International Rally. We will be there, close by the Newmar Store on Monday and Wednesday! Come check us out and try out all three of our flavors.
-Peanut butter chocolate chip
- vanilla pecan
- orange cranberry
