Rainy and cold days are coming… The wet dogs are waiting for a bit of warm, cooked food. When we mix kibble, meat, vegetables, and rice, it makes a really good meal for a dog. Without cooked food, the days in the shelter would be much harder for our dogs. We try to secure 30 kg of meat every week, which we then divide for the entire week.
Honestly, fundraising for food has become our worst nightmare😔 It is by far the hardest thing we have to secure every week. Not because people don’t want to help, but because there are just too many animals everywhere and too many hungry souls…❤️‍🩹

We need to raise €300 every week just to feed the 80 dogs in the shelter.
That is a lot for us, but if we divide it into many smaller parts, it becomes possible.
For the dogs who may soon be left without food.

🆘 We urgently need help to buy food🙏
Right now, we only have enough food until Thursday, and we don’t know what will happen next because of the debts in two different pet shops…

Irresistible Rex is looking for a home or foster home💚
📍Currently in London

Date of birth: 15.03.2025.
Breed: Mixed
Current weight: 17 kg

Rex was found as a two-month-old baby, all alone and abandoned. He spent three wonderful months with us before he was adopted. While he was with us, he lived in a home with 7 cats and 7 dogs, stayed completely alone with them while Ivana was at work, and never did anything wrong. However, after arriving at his new adopters, some tension developed between him and their cat, and that’s why we’re now looking for a new home for him.

Here’s what Rex’s current family says about him:
He’s had a check up with the vet and has a three month supply of worming and flea treatment. Check was all healthy. He’s very excited on a walk and reactive to other dogs. I’m not sure if it’s down to anxiety but he’s super alert to any noise and barks at them. he gets on well with our current dog. Also that He’s a playful happy dog that loves to play tug of war with his toys. He also recalls with the word touch, anything for a treat! In theory he should be easy to train as he loves food. ( it’s not helped me though) . Best suited to a house without nervous cats. Loves a cuddle on the bed and sofa. House trained but still wakes in the night to go out.

So, we believe that a calmer environment would suit him better.

Leila is a puppy found by her dead siblings in an abandoned house where their mother most likely gave birth to them.
Only 4 puppies were found alive and 2 of them are successfully adopted, living their best lives!
We hope Leila will have the same luck!

🌺lives indoors with full access to the garden; toilet accidents are possible in the beginning

🌺Gentle and loving, adores cuddles and snuggles
🌺Lives harmoniously with siblings, grown-up dogs, and cats
🌺Loves people and thrives on affection
🌺Intelligent and quick to learn
🌺Doesn’t mind chickens, and potentially other small animals
🌺awesome with people, even unfamiliar ones. Has had the opportunity to meet the kids and was very cuddly & sweet to them.

🌺She is a sweet and affectionate companion who’ll bring joy to her new family- a resilient little pup who’s ready to thrive in a loving home with a family who’ll provide her with love, care, and attention

Our current debt at the veterinary clinic is around €700.
The bill for our Jazza is only €350, even though we were there every single day for almost 4 weeks and we are so deeply grateful for that. They truly see and appreciate the love, sacrifice, and endless effort we put into caring for all these dogs.

Can we help today with a coffee or beer worth donation to feed 80 dogs from our shelter?

Our shelter is in a crisis. We’re struggling to feed our 80 dogs, and the debt is piling up. We owe over 700 euros to our current food supplier, and without urgent help, we’ll run out of kibble by the end of the week.

In the meantime we’ve been reaching out to many organizations for help, but without any luck!
No one but you reaches out the hand of salvation.

EVERY DONATION COUNTS- 1£ of donation can make a difference.
Our weekly food costs are 250-300 euros to keep their bellies full and more than usually we cannot gather that amount so we end making a debt that only adds up the the previous one.

Your support will bring peace of mind to our dogs, knowing they’ll eat today and tomorrow. Everyone eventually goes to their homes, curls up in their warm beds but the dogs don’t have that luxury- they can only dream of their next day- when it might not rain as today, or might not be cold as it was today and they just might get a decent portion of food... ❤️NALA- the puppy who lived!❤️

Nala’s story is one of resilience and joy. Abandoned by the lake, she faced the unimaginable: they were abandoned at a very young age at the lake and somehow both sisters fell into the water but her sister didn’t survive. She drowned. Luckily, Nala was pulled out of the water by the person who continued looking after her during their summer holiday at the lake.

Nala’s spirit remained unbroken, and she’s now thriving thanks to the kindness of Slobodanka, who welcomed her into a pack of 45 dogs.🐶

DOB: April/May 2025
Breed: Mixed breed
Weight: Around 12kg, should grow to around 15-17kg

🌺House-trained: Understands the rules and goes for toilet outside (with a little patience during the adjustment period).
🌺Playful and adventurous: Loves playing with her furry friends, especially the mischievous ones!
🌺People-loving: Friendly, cuddly, and always wags her tail for attention.
🌺Great with kids: Has experience running with kids at the beach. She would spend the entire day wandering around with the kids and wouldn’t leave their side at all! She’d make a fantastic family friend.
🌺Sweet and relaxed: Open to new experiences, people, and dogs.
🌺Walks on a lead
🌺Healthy and vaccinated: Up-to-date on her shots and ready for her forever home.
🌺Will be spayed prior to her journey
