The kids enjoyed donating lots of supplies to the Cedar Rapids Animal Care & Control. New collars, blankets, toys and other miscellaneous supplies we had 🐾 We are looking forward to continuing this! Such a great place 🐾

We have a big announcement!

When we decided to start breeding, we kept our girls (Bella and Sage) “family first”. Meaning, we knew that we might not breed them for long. As a family, we have decided that now is the time to let both of our girls enjoy retirement and family first 💛 We will no longer be breeding Bella and Sage.

We have met so many incredible people through our girls! We are so thankful for each one of the families that have loved one of our puppies through the years.

Over the next year, you’ll see us transition into using Cedar as a stud after genetic testing, and OFA standards have been met. Cedar just turned one year old and will not be available for stud use until after September 2024.

Thank you to all of our precious puppy families, we love you! 💛

We get asked a lot what our favorite brush is for our Golden's. We LOVE this brush, recommended to us by a friend and groomer. It's great for Golden Retrievers, or any other dog with a longer coat. It has two sides. One with wider a wider teeth, and the other closer together. Use the side with the closer teeth first, followed by the other side. It's basic and affordable and truly does a fantastic job. Hope you love it!

Today Cedar returned home from a month away at Arrowhead Kennels for obedience training.

While it’s hard to say goodbye for so long, a month of sacrifice for a lifetime of happiness with him by our side is priceless 🤍

Our girl, Sage, is proud to announce that she and Jack are expecting some precious bundles of joy the first week of August 🤍

Today we wish our beautiful girl, Sage, a happy third birthday! 🤍🤍🤍

Sage was from Bella’s first litter. She was born on the day of my grandmas funeral. We came home to check on Bella and there she was, having puppies! Such an awesome blessing on an otherwise sad day. We picked Sage out the moment she was born. She was the last of eight puppies born.

She has a personality larger than life and is such a talker. We love her! 🤍🤍🤍

Sage, our middle fur child. There really is something about being the middle kid (trust me, I know, I am the middle kid too).

She has the biggest personality, it’s larger than life! She has the most beautiful coat and talks up a storm.

Sage will be having a summer litter this year! We’ve already started to get deposits for this anticipated litter. Please reach out if you’d like on our list 🤍 This will be her second litter.

Cracker Jack is a 7 year old Golden Retriever. He weighs about 79 pounds. He has been friendly with us and is great with the other dogs. He can be shy with strangers. He is very fearful of a leash and will need someone that will be patient with him and willing to work on leash training. He gets upset and growls...for this reason we think he will do best in a home without any small children. Hopefully this will be something he outgrows as he gets used to a leash. Cracker Jack has been neutered and is current on vaccinations. He tested negative for heartworms. Cracker Jack's adoption fee is $275.00.
