Brand New, Never Used 12*30 Livestock Shed. I built this shed for my horse but have decided to sell my horses so I don’t need the shed. This shed built to last, it was designed based off of a cattle shed. It has 5.5” pipe skids. The frame is made of 3” square tubing with a 3/16” wall. And the purlins are 14 gauge 2” square tubing. The bottom 1/2 of the walls have angle iron to prevent damage to the tin. The all of the gates and panels are removable. All the gates have slide latches and the front 3 gates also have chains. The panel are made so that the baby kids and lambs will stay in the shed. The shed is wired with light centered between each truss and electrical outlet on each end of the shed and two of the posts. There is a breaker box by the side of the door with a breaker for the lights, one for the outlet in 10’ section of the shed, for a total of 4 breakers. The shed would work great for horses, cattle, sheep, or goat. I can load the shed.

Gus is a well built 4 coming 5 year old John(Gelding) mule that stands around 14.1 right now and will finish out around 14.2-14.3hh. Gus is the smartest mule that we have ever saw! He loves people and attention, to say the least he is everyone’s best friend! He will bow down, lay down, play dead, park out for mounting, neck reins, backs and lopes. He is safe and not spooky anywhere you take him and will do anything that is asked of him. Gus has been trail ridden in multiple states, been on camping trips and in addition to riding he is also harness broke. Gus is easy to handle, perfectly fine with his ears and his feet.

Hershey is a 15 yo bay john mule, standing 14.1 hh. Seasoned, solid ride, drive and pack mule. Friendly, kind, and gentle for a variety of riders from children to adults. Great size and conformation with a quarter horse build makes him stocky enough to carry a heavier rider and a great size for a younger rider. Hershey has been on hunting trips, both packing and leading the string. He has been used on cattle, gathering, and sorting in the corral. He is excellent on drives down busy roadways and is not bothered by truck traffic. The same mule after long layoffs, so uses him daily or once a year. This mule has been worked in the harness on wheeled vehicles as well as in farm machinery as a team.

He is clever and needs a regular work structure and a job to do. He loves to trail ride alone or with company, and is good in traffic.

This 152cm dapple gray gelding does it all. He will carry you through a show on Saturday night and a trail ride on Sunday. He’s extremely willing and takes new things in stride. Dax has lots of trail experience as well as experience with traffic. he is 8 year old

Zip is a well built, 14.2 hh, dark palomino, 7 year old, quarter horse gelding. Zip has been out around cows, herded, sorted and been to a few brandings. He has been on the trails and will ride anywhere that you ask him to go. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe in traffic whether that be semi trucks or cars. You can swing a rope off of him, crack bullwhip or shoot a gun and he is just fine with it all. He has a good handle, a super smooth jog and has a very nice slow collected lope. Zip is content to ride behind or will lead in a group. He has no problem riding out alone as well. He tacks up quietly, loads, bathes and clips easily. Zip is a horse with a coat and a heart of gold!!!

Here is a rock star, a 14-year-old rocky mountain gelding standing 15 hands tall. Boy, oh boy, this guy is truly one of a kind. He has a gait to die for, super smooth. Rock star will side pass both ways, back up, takes a bit by himself, shoes, bathes, clips, and stands for mounting and dismounting. I have ridden this horse many miles, driven him many miles, and also broke lots of colts to drive him, and he will ride anywhere in a group of horses you ask him to with zero problems. Rock star will teach a young rider how to ride and keep an old rider safe.

Here is a 5 year old young John mule with a color you just don't see everyday !!! Rusty is a fine young John standing 15 hands. Walking mule ! Watch how he can move out. Super smooth walk and can move on down the trail ! Can keep up w the best of them !! Even though Rusty is only 5 he has the experience and is a well trained mule. Hard to find a young Mule with the disposition and patience with a rider as Rusty has. He will stand where ever you tell him to and not MOVE !! DEAD MOUNT !!! PACK MULE !!! GREAT AT PACKING IN ALL SITUATIONS . Rusty will stand like a statue for you to mount and dismount him. One of the best young John's I've seen in a while. Rusty is already like a seasoned Mule everyone wants, and the scary part is he is just going to get better. It's going to be amazing to see what rusty is like in a few years. Cross creeks, logs , rough terrain with not issue. Just ask him to go and he will !!! Easy to handle and easy in the mouth !! Traffic safe and 100% sound. Pick up all 4 feet with no issue. Shoe is not a problem
