Vote NO on Amendment 3. As a cannabis advocate and educator it’s a horrible option.

So I’m just going to say this about Amendment 3 in FL. The Bill was fraught with mal intentions. Love me or hate me.

I hope it fails.

It just puts more power in the hands of dispensaries, and prices will go up from taxes. We need to take stand and not rush into this because there’s better ways of doing it. This Bill’s not the solution.

It will still be illegal to grow at home.

This Bill makes us dependent on dispensaries indefinitely.

For everything; seeds, clones, grow supplies, flower, products….

This isn’t about growing our own medicine.

Think about it.

They want to create a system where you depend on them.

For plants.

This is a step in the wrong direction. Personally, I prefer the current legislation in FL to this Bill.

At least it’s looking at the medicinal aspect of cannabis and keeping prices down for patients.

I LOVE cannabis but I don t like this Bill.

Not sorry.

Cultivation of ma*****na with intent for sale or trafficking is still illegal and prohibited under the 2018 Florida Farm Bill and federal law.
