Lend A Helping Paw Shih Tzu Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Michigan that rescues small-breed, fluffy dogs across the US.

Lend A Helping Paw® is a registered federal trademark of Lend A Helping Paw Shih Tzu Rescue and its predecessors.

We also claim common law trademark rights in the State of Michigan.

According to the Department of Commerce’s United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), “Trademark owners have a legal right and an affirmative obligation to protect their trademark assets from misuse.”
