At Woof Fur Treats, we love dogs. We love ours and just about every other dog we meet. That is why we are pleased to be able to offer our treats to others. Yesterday we took the day off to go to the beach. We meet some great dogs and their owners. We gave away some treats, and we hope we made the day a little better for everyone we met.

It was never our plan to start a dog treat business. We began making treats when we realized one of our three dogs, Bullet, had an extremely sensitive stomach. It took four years and several visits to the vets before finding food he would eat that agreed with him. Then the search began to find treats he could eat. After all, we didn't think it was fair that his sisters could have treats, and he couldn't. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any that agreed with Bullet and his sensitive digestive system.

That is when we started making homemade treats. Bullet loved them, and they agreed with him. It wasn't long before his sisters decided they preferred to share Bullet's homemade treats.

We started giving our treats to friends and family for their four-legged family members for special occasions such as birthdays, rescued days, Halloween, and Christmas. At first, some dog parents weren't sure about them because their dogs were picky eaters or had sensitive systems. So we asked them to give our treats to people they knew who had dogs. Soon we were being asked to make treats for their dogs. It turned out most of the pet parents couldn't resist testing our treats to see if their dogs liked them, and they did.

Now we are excited to be able to offer our homemade, hand-decorated treats to everyone. All of our cookies are made with wholesome, human-grade, dog-safe ingredients and a lot of love.

We started making dog treats when we learned Bullet needed a special diet. We were able to find him dog food that helped him but not any treats. Since then Bullet and every other dog we have shared Woof Fur Treats with have loved them. Our goal is to make special treats that both dogs and owners love.
