Pick Up Your Yard:
As the snow melts and warmer weather arrives, make sure to clean up your yard. Remove any lingering dog droppings and pick up sticks, stones, or other items that your dog might try to play with or chew. A safe yard is essential for your pup to enjoy the sunshine.
Refresh Your Kitchen:
Deep clean your kitchen, including your dog’s supplies. When was the last time you cleaned or replaced your dog’s food dish or water bowl? While you don’t need to replace them regularly, consider new dishes if they’re chewed or too dirty. Clean your dog’s bowls daily, and periodically give them a thorough cleaning. Don’t forget to clean any rugs or mats under their dishes.
Check Expiration Dates:
Regularly inspect your dog’s food, treats, and medications. Dispose of anything that has expired to ensure your pup’s safety.
Get Rid of Dog Hair:

Brush your cat a few times a week to curb shedding around the house and cut down on the chance of a gross hairball on your floor. Cats with long coats may need a de-matting tool as well.
