This was sent to all my regular 4-8 week clients but wanted to share here as well.

Also if anybody has recommendations on other groomers in the area that you are happy with, please comment below.

To all my wonderful clients,

Due to an injury to my right arm, I unfortunately have to cancel all future appointments at this time.

I am so sorry for the huge inconvenience to everyone, especially before the holidays. I have no timeline that I am able to give you, or an idea of when or if I will be able to continue with grooming in the future.

Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience to you all. You are the very best of clients and I'm truly heartbroken over this. Thank you all for entrusting me with your beloved pets, I truly love them all.

Unfortunately I do not have any recommendations on groomers in the area that I know personally. I'd be happy to pass on groom notes for you to take along to another groomer if you'd like.

You take such great care of your fur kids and let me say after 15 years in this industry that is hard to come by. Happy Toes-day!

I mean Tuesday,
but seriously it is Toes-day, here at The Classy Coat🐾

I am now offering $8 nail trims (for recurring clients) on select Tuesdays (aka Toes-days).
Requirements:
-Has to be within 2-3 weeks of your pet’s last grooming service (depending on your pet’s individual needs).
-By appointment only.

Why should you get your pet’s nails trimmed so often?

Great question! 💅🏼
Regular grooming is typically every 4-6weeks. In that span of time, your pet’s nails grow in length, in the outer shell, as well as the inner vascular core called the quick, which you cannot cut back.
(It will bleed and cause pain.)

This only maintains the length and will not reduce the length over time. However, if done on a more regular basis, after the quick has receded, and before it has time to grow back, you are able to take that extra length off to, over time, shorten the length of the nail.

Can’t make it in on a Toes-day but would like to jump on this wagon? Reach out! This is all about your pet’s comfort and well-being.
