Another Mahi - I get this size as its popular and folks that may have never even fished for them want one for decoration? but again this is a few months old pic just another color variation - more traditional version of a Mahi but the fun thing with this fish as they can be so many colors its unreal - truly they are “pelagic artwork”

Little bit older pics but jus showing on this page some of the stuff I mess with other than painting fish! This gaff I built with a carbon shaft, cross cut eva foam grip and a butt cap I had laying around from another rod building project I had going on — then decorated it beads and a dragon wrap -

Working on this one still but a lighter ”sandier” version for a redfish - mainly what we see along the coastal areas, when they are up the rivers they tend to be a darker copper (my real fav) —
