This is for anyone considering potentially using my services to care for their doggo πΆπ€
After the standard first point of contact with messsge of interest π§. I always require a phone conversation π².
This is for a number of reasons.
This gives you the opportunity to tell me what you are looking for and explain to me the wants/needs of your dog.
For me to ask some vital questions about your dog, to make sure this is the perfect place for them and for me to get an idea of what your dog is like, etc.
It's gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have.
It is imperative you are totally open and honest regarding all of your dogs' needs, wants and quirks.
This will save any potential future problems from arising.
Please don't be afraid to inform me if they are nervous π¬, scared π± of certain situations/things, etc. I can then tell you if this is something I can work with and adapt the process to give your dog the best chance of being able to come to me.
If after this call we are both happy to continue. Then a Meet & Greet will be arranged. This is a 30-minute appointment with yourself and your pooch to visit my home π‘.
It gives you the chance to see it is a home from home environment, no kennels. Look around as to where your pooch would be staying π€. Meet some of the pack ππ. It gives me time to have a very relaxed informal chat about how I run my day to day business. See for myself how your doggo is around others and within my home π‘ π.
This is very important as it is a way for me to establish a lot of information to make the right decision for your baby πΆ.
Once again if we are both happy to go head, a trail 24 hours will be set up.
Drop off in the morning π, spend the whole day with us all, getting used to how our fun days work. Evening dinnertime π and make sure he/she settles and sleeps π€well over night π. Pick up the following morning.
Full details of this will be arranged privately.
Only once all the above has been completed, can I officially take on any future boarding bookings π.
