I know i haven’t posted much lately. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my budgies and zebra finches are currently in the care of a friend and felllw breeder.
I still have my two Gouldian pairs and my Bourkes. Waiting for them to start breeding

I know I haven’t been posting much recently
I am giving the parakeets a bit of a break from breeding, and the zebra finch chicks keep passing away 😞

Currently have the societies incubating a clutch of Zelda’s eggs. Two have hatched today! Fingers crossed that I can help keep them alive!

Now I intend to not bother them again. Will be so hard because I love watching the chicks grow up!

Sugar, the white zebby hen, has started laying eggs again. I’ve put the eggs in with my society finches. Fingers crossed that they will be good foster parents!

So, I heard two of the birds fighting. It was Righty and the lutino girl, and they were REALLY going at it. So, I’ve decided to name the lutino Fight Club Sally. Don’t judge me I put a partition in one of the cages to keep Sally away from the other females. Soon found out why she was so aggressive! I have seen her constantly hanging around the male lutino, Leif Erikson, so, he is potentially the daddy
