It’s been a really big . Turning two has been exciting and hard work. I got to see all my friends at Duluth Trading Company in Red Wing, and Mom let me get a new . Then we walked all the way from Minnesota to Wisconsin over the beautiful big new bridge. And yes, I carried my new toy home after we got off the bridge. Mom didn’t want me to accidentally flick it into the water. Thank you for all the treats and Biffday message! ❤️🐾

Dear Momma Shannon,
Today is my and I am two whole years old. I woke up my furever mom this morning by puking up four pieces of a chew toy. She cleaned it up and told me it was okay and she hopes I was feeling better. She threw away the toy and thanked me for not trying to eat my own puke. Then we went for a walk before breakfast with my big old brother Amos. He was adopted from a different rescue momma 10 years ago!

After breakfast I got to go in the Jeep to the Caribou drive-thru and the smart women who work there wished me a happy birthday (I told them it was a BIFFday) and they gave me a very special Pupcup. I made a big mess and enjoyed every last lick!

The most important thing I want to do today is to thank you for rescuing me and my Berry special Jelly siblings. Without you and Emotional Rescue LLC so many of us would never get any Biffdays. And you gave me the best present ever - I got to go to my furever family on Christmas Eve 2022.

Biff - I don’t know, Mom, it’s pretty nasty out there. I don’t think we’ll get any trick-or-treaters tonight.

Amos - You idiot! We never get trick-or-treaters, in the camper or at the house. We’re rural-dwellers, Biff!

Biff - Geez, Amos, this is only my second Halloween. Way to squash a puppy’s hopes. Why don’t you go back to your grumpy dreams old man. Besides, tomorrow is my Biffday and I get to go to Caribou for a Pupcup with Mom in the morning, rain or shine!

Today I refused to follow Mom out of the pontoon boat after we put on its cover. She forgot to leave the side door open and expected me to go out the front through the beach door on the bow. That is NOT how it works. It’s always the port side door at the dock, and the bow door at the beach. She left me without a leash! On the boat - alone. All by myself . . . and then I heard her whistle from the parking lot and I realized she was all alone, too, and probably needed me. So I figured it out, grabbed a from my pile of driftwood on the dock, and bounded up to her as fast as I could. I did it! I got off the boat and the dock all by myself without falling in the water!!!
