We had a milestone this week. Little Siren, rescued a year ago from an abandoned house and semi feral, finally let us pet her, and sure purred loudly! It's been a slow process at her pace, but worth it.

We celebrated with honey ham.

New foster alert! Last night, we received a message that these two beautiful Calicos were found outside the city and at risk of being killed by coyotes. So we brought them in to keep them safe.

Short hair Calico is pregnant and lost a previous litter in September. She will be able to safely have her babies in Sunny House this time. She is a Manx with no tail!

Long hair Calico is GORGEOUS and knows it. She loves people already but isn't so keen on other cats.
