The loss of every horse is painful, especially when it is one so extraordinary. Sacramoso Majorita IV was a horse of incredible character, beautiful energy, and wise eyes that seemed to peer into the depths of one’s soul. We are honored to have spent the last beautiful years of his life with him. He lives on not only in our hearts but also in the joy his amazing offspring continue to bring us.

In 2019, the landscape for breeding and training at Kladruby nad Labem was added to UNESCO’s list of intangible cultural heritage, recognizing their long-lasting significance and contribution to human history.

Kladrubers are recognized for their distinctive profile, featuring a convex or "Roman" nose, which adds to their noble look. The breed comes in two main color variants: black and white. The white Kladrubers were traditionally used by royalty, while the black ones were often employed for high-ranking clergy or military officials.

Kladruber horses are one of the oldest horse breeds in the world, with a history dating back more than 400 years. They were originally bred at the Kladruby nad Labem stud farm in the Czech Republic, primarily for use in ceremonial roles by the Habsburg monarchy. These majestic horses are known for their strength, endurance, and elegant appearance.

JS Maneo - Kladruber horses

JS Maneo is a family stud farm, located in Maršov, 35 km from Brno, Czech Republic. We happily dedicated our lives to black Kladruber horses. Not only are they the only one pure Czech breed, but also they are so rare and unique, that they have literally stolen our hearts. We are honored that we can continue in an almost 450 years old tradition of breeding these magnificent horses. We love Kladrubers for their typical Roman nose, which makes them almost impossible to mistake for another breed, their friendly and hard-working character and of course their perfect constitution which predestines them to be amazing horses for dressage sport as well as carriage driving, baroque riding, side saddle riding, etc. Our team is dedicated to providing our horses with premium living standards and care. We treat them with kindness and respect and train them according to their individual needs. We would like to offer you assistance with finding the right Kladuber for you - in our herds or within other Czech breeders.
