Just wanted to give an enormous shout out to my girl Poppy. I've always been thankful for her protective instincts, but today she proved how much she's willing to do. She has an outdoor run, 6ft chain link. My husband and I were in the front yard and he went to massage my shoulders, but it hurt because my muscles were sore. I yelped and said no, then struggled to get away from him, but he was feeling playful and was holding me back from around my waist. Poppy lost her mind. She was coming to my defense for all she was worth. My husband and I went over to the fence to reassure her, but he "attacked" me again with my consent to see what she would do. She wasn't having it. Good girl Poppy!
