Miley fights everyday she has so many ailments and when she conquers 1 she fights another. Her mast cell on her ear ruptured today, if we opt to remove she will lose her entire ear and who knows what else. Yolo For my girl and lots of love and prayers

Miley hasn't felt too good but she was up for her stroller ride!! It lifted her spirits some. She is such a good girl so worthy, so grateful, so loyal, so loving!! I'll forever be a part of her journey and the support from everyone and her Rescue Animal Luvr's Dream is amazing, we all love her and will do ANYTHING for her!!!

Miley is for sure one of our most special girls and has so many people rooting for her. Miley is a 3yr old, 50lbs American Pit Bull Terrier that was owner surrendered to us at the end of February when owners stated they were moving so were getting her euthanized as no one could care/commit to taking her. They stated she has been dragging back legs for a year and unsure why or what happened. No previous vet care. When Miley arrived to us she was a hot mess in all honesty - skin infection, ear infections, bladder infection, urine scalding, multiple open infected pressure sores and more. We quickly scheduled her in for examination, full lab work and radiographs. Miley does have multiple orthopedic limitations as well as some neuro deficits caused by her back issues which include knuckling, dragging back legs and incontinence. She does have feelings in her legs as well as can stand if she truly tries - but she does struggle with it. We have prepaid for water treadmill and cold laser therapy sessions with the board certified veterinary rehab specialist, Dr. Brown, but must not have any open sores to be able to get in the water and has one on her right hock that is taking forever to heal. Miley also has her own wardrobe of cute doggy panties, booties, Help Em Up Harness and even her own set of wheels (wheelchair) and stroller! She truly is a spoiled worthy girl!
