🩷 Reminders for 2026 🩷
I am truly honored to know so many of you and do this job
I felt it best to make a reminder for 2026 of the van policies. I know I will not be able to satisfy everyone all of the time as well, but I surely try.
It is vital that I have an hour time window on the top end of your appointment and behind. I know it seems ridiculous, but This is SO important especially in the winter time with unpredictable weather and cancellations bound to happen if I can't access driveways etc. Whatever appointment time I give you always always assume it is approximate. It is and can never be definitive with a mobile unit. If you are someone who wants the timing to fit exactly what you want, mobile may not be the best option for you and I totally understand either way whatever you decide. I am very good at keeping clients updated still about when I will be coming.
I have a lot of clients who have availability only at certain times of the day that may require me to wait a while or certain days of the week only. I would like to ask for some extra flexibility this year in scheduling and ways to access the dogs if you can't be home. If you are only available very specifically at one time or day I do have to schedule everyone else around you and while some situations are different than others, the beauty of mobile is that you never have to be home for me to be able to still get access to your pup. Premium service will always equal the most professional care I can give and I have plenty of clients who can reassure anyone of that for those I consistently go in and out to get their pup(s). I understand certain dogs can't be caught/ or maybe have behavior issues that make this impossible, but most times we can find a way to make it work and I really appreciate that flexibility.
I will always be understanding of any health concerns of the animal, and in some family situations as well. Please remember appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to the cancellation fee automatically without best reasoning or understanding.
Lastly, if I show up within the time window and no one is home I want to reiterate that I will provide a curtesy to reach out several times in some way and stay for about 15 minutes and then I will move on if I hear nothing. Most of the time this does not involve me calling you nonstop until you pick up especially during work hours, but I will always text you. I feel this is the best curtesy I can give as you would have already known you had an appointment as well. I trust everyone can prepare accordingly for me to get to the dog if they know they can't be home.
I will continue to provide the best service I can to all of you and hope you understand as well how important these things are to help me run a successful and efficient company for all of you as well❣️
