Good morning campers, my name is Mike aka (Gus) I’m an urban farmer specializing in microgreens. Microgreens are the first stage of plants of their respective seed strain that are packed with flavor and up to 40% more nutrition than their fully matured vegetable. Everything I produce is organic non gmo, grown indoors in a dedicated climate controlled environment.
Most of you have had microgreens before and probably don’t even know it, very popular in the sushi world and a great addition to almost any dish. And they’re a great source of vitamins and nutrients our body needs constantly.
My current rotation includes, Radish, Wasabi Mustard, Spicy Salad Mix, Broccoli, Peas, Sunflower, Cilantro, and Basil microgreens!
If you’re curious about the trending hype about micros I encourage you to stop by my booth ask questions and try them for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
