WHY YOU MIGHT SEE SOME DIFFERENCES IN SHAPE AND COLOR IN SDN KIBBLES
There is a recurring question among users of SDN about differences in kibble shape and color of different batches.
This is what I answered a new thread, I want to share it with you here also:
Hello Superdoggers!!! 😊💕💕
1. We do not encourage buying and selling of repacked SDN to protect our customers from people who might like to take advantage of others by selling other products as "SDN" but is actually not, or not 100% pure SDN (adulterated). Repacking also runs the risk of contamination by insects, bacteria in the air or hands, etc. We have 500g trial packs (not 1kg packs) sealed coming out straight from the factory instead. Do not buy product that was exposed already, it may not be safe: we cannot be held responsible to any untoward incident if anyone buys and feeds their dog repacked products.
2. We do not use artificial colors for uniformity, unlike other dogfoods that need to use them to make their grains (corn, wheat, oats, soya, etc.) products LOOK LIKE MEAT. 😅😅 You only see the natural color of the dehydrated meats in SDN. Not all beef is of the same shade. Not all poultry meat is of the same shade. But rest assured, all nutrients is standardized as required by the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI), by which we are regulated and closely watched.
3. As mentioned by Sir Bench Del Mundo above, storage time changes the physical properties of the kibble. Older stock (1 month old or more) might look smaller because of microscopic events such as moisture escaping from inside the kibbles. We do not use chemical binders or fillers or preservatives that others might use that make their kibbles stay the same shape and color even after many many years! 😅😅😅
Kaya po, kung iisipin nyo, mas okay po yan kesa totally uniform. 😊💕💕💕💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Much love!! Keep safe, everybody. Thank you for loving SDN so much.
Truly, I have never seen another dogfood more loved by its users than SDN. Never ever! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
