Meet Lily 🐾 — a tiny rescue with a big bark and even bigger fears.
Like so many dogs with a hard start, Lily wasn’t aggressive — she was overwhelmed.

Every person walking by the house felt like a threat… so she barked them all away.
And outside? The fear followed. Barking, snapping, stress.

But healing doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through structure, safety, and trust.

We started with the basics:
🏠 No more window barking
🐾 Clear rules & boundaries
🪢 Tethering for impulse control
🛏️ Crate training to help her feel safe, not overwhelmed

With time, Lily is learning that she doesn’t need to control everything. She’s learning to earn freedom — and through that, she’s gaining confidence.

Because we don’t just want our dogs to listen — we want them to feel safe enough to choose calm over chaos.

✨ Training can be kind.
✨ Structure can be love.
✨ And scared dogs can bloom — if we guide them with clarity and compassion.

Talula ♥️ She didn’t just find a new home- she found her purpose.
Meet Talula: once a rescue dog, now a fully qualified THERAPY DOG ~ and a living and breathing reminder of what love can do.

Talula was rescued by her beautiful human Susie ~ a woman with a heart for children, life and learning and a dream to turn a second chance into something extraordinary ♥️🐾

With patience, intention, and endless love, Susie helped Talula become the happiest, calmest, most balanced soul you’ll ever meet. She’s not just well trained ~ she’s present. Gentle. Zen. And she has one simple wish: to be with you.

Now Talula spends a few days per week offering comfort, healing hearts, and bringing peace to those who need it most. 🐾💛
✨✨✨From rescue …to rescuer.
Because sometimes, the ones we save end up saving everyone else.

From pulling sweet maniacs to polished pros - with a little guidance and a lot of good snacks 😜

Once a pair of overexcited scallywags - no polite, patient, responsive and rocking their long line like seasoned pros ✨

A few days ago marked our last session in behaviour modification and their humans said it best ~
✨✨✨✨WE HAVE DIFFERENT DOGS ✨✨✨✨

Turns out when you add impulse control, boundaries, and a sprinkle of “stay under distraction “ ~ you get calm, responsive companions (not caffeine-fuelled Tasmanian Devils) 😜

A massive Shout-Out to their amazing owners (we had so many laughs 🤩) who earned their confidence guiding Wesley & Willow through distraction city!

They’re didn’t just train two beautiful dogs ~ they’re trained CONNECTION ♥️✨♥️

A Lighthearted Look at Our Furry Socialites

🌽 Have you ever caught your dog nibbling on another dog … or on you? 🌽

Knowing what your pup is saying with their body language can turn confusion into clarity. Does your dog do this?

When dogs groom one another, it’s often called cobbing.
Cobbing is a gentle, repetitive nibble that can be a sign of affection, social bonding, play, or a little self-soothing.

It’s a natural, common way dogs interact, and it’s usually just another love-filled quirk in the grand, waggy world of canine companionship.

It is usually a soft, repetitive motion and is not the same as aggressive biting.

The term “cobbing” comes from the visual similarity to how a person might nibble on corn on the cob.

A dog uses its front teeth (incisors) to gently nibble another dog or even a human.
