When we first heard about The Greatest Adventure by we knew Wheelbur would be the perfect dog for this! 💙,

He had an absolute blast being the center of attention, making new friends, and exploring all sorts of places. He even had some new experiences like getting in a boat and riding a gondola up his tallest mountain yet. He may need wheels, but they certainly don’t inhibit his sense of adventure!

It’s been so exciting to see bring their mission to life, traveling the country helping dogs find their forever homes, and seeing many of them have that come true! We’re so grateful Wheelbur is a part of this and we hope our little adventure boy is next in line to find his forever.

Please share Wheelbur and help him find his family! 💙

Oh man. This memory brings up the smell of summer, laughing w friends on the beach, being soaked by these two bears all day, and a sunburn from all the fun.

One of the few ppl who truly new how special these two dogs were is my girl
This was such a fun day. Scout and Gia were the bestest of the best. We basically had to drag Scout out of the lake. Dam that dog could go forever!! And well good ole Gia was happy to sun bathe and hopefully get the ball when ever Scout dropped it.
This is one of those moments of if I could go back and really enjoy it to the fullest I would.
Dogs just make everything so much better.

I’ve had a really difficult week with Nukka. Most of you know she’s extremely dog reactive. We have had 2 very upsetting experiences with off leash dogs in the last few days. It has set us way back. Both of us have had our confidence and trust shattered. I can’t urge people enough to leash their dogs where leash laws apply and if you do have them off leash make sure they have 100 percent recall. This is for your dogs safety too…not just to appease others!!! I love Nukka and don’t blame her at all for these incidents. She is beautiful and unique inside and out and her behavioral issues are beyond her control when triggered. So here’s a reel to celebrate her and her wild spirit. To remind us that we can only do our best and must never give up on our goals no matter the setbacks. I promised her the best life ever and will do everything in my power make that happen! @atkaandnukka ———————————————— Trail etiquette can go a long way with helping our friends who have special needs and reactivity. In this case, working on our dogs recall could save a lot of hassle and save our friends headaches too. Off leash in the wilderness while on trail is a responsibility so all can enjoy it.
