Her name is Rosa. She was found late at night in Decatur, TN walking down a dark road very scared. Unfortunately her original owner doesn’t want her anymore and the man she gave him to is denying she is even his. He has 2 new pittie pups tied up in his front yard so he doesn’t need this older girl anymore. She is about 6 years old and is the biggerst cuddle bug you will find. She is up to date on shots and spayed. She is heartworm positive but will start treatment tomorrow. She must be an inside dog only. She is dog selective so a meet and greet is required. Rehoming fee applies. Located in Cleveland, TN but willing to drive her anywhere (including a different state) to make sure she is safe. Even if you can only foster that would be amazing. This beautiful girl has sadly lost the only family she has ever known. Jilly’s family loved her very much, but their hearts and hers were shattered when they had to relocate to a part of Canada where her breed is unwelcome.

Adding to the loss of the only home she has ever known, Jilly now sits behind shelter walls and suffers from skin issues. Her skin is being treated, and she will need a family that is able to care for her minor medical needs.
All this sweet girl wants is a loving home and family where she can relax, heal and enjoy all that life has to offer.

Jilly is 7 years young, LOVES people, and is extremely well behaved. She knows all her basic commands, walks nicely on a leash, and would love to be a couch potato.
Jilly is a silly, sweet and lovable girl who just wants to be with her people and will need to be your one and only princess. No dogs, no cats. The shelter is recommending homes with children 8 years and up.

Won’t you please open your heart to this adorable girl and give her the chance she truly deserves?
