This rather large one was walking in the road on the school run and so was picked up by a member of brambles staff. I had my suspicions she was a girl and once it was confirmed she was put right back out again but in a safe place very close to the road she was wondering along. She was probably out looking for nesting material or extra food. She was a nice shape and weighed almost a kilo. Fingers crossed for her and her babies 🦔🐾🐾

Little Sebastian from St Just.
We had several calls about this little fella, he was seen on several occasions out eating in the day and sitting in the sun. We got him eventually when he went and sat under a hedge in a lady's garden. He was warmed up, ,given sub cut fluids and had a bit of food. His poo sample has shown us he has lungworm and capilliara eggs so he has started treatment for these. 🦔🦔

Welcome to our new friends and followers.

We are The fundraising group for The First and Last Hedgehogs Rescue at Lands End.

Throughout the year from Easter to October, we are at Greeb Farm, Land's End in the beautiful 18th Century Cottage. We have a large table full of gorgeous donated items for you to purchase. We also hold tombolas on the Main Square at Lands End on selected dates. As well as these dates, we sell our donated items through this page all year round.

EVERY penny raised is given to the rescue to help pay for vital medicines and food for the hedgehogs in care at The First and Last Hedgehogs Rescue.

Alongside monetary donations and donated items to sell, the Rescue needs items such as old blankets /towels, cat and dog food and newspapers.

If you are able to donate any of these, or wish to purchase any of our items, please message us, or comment below.
