As the 4th of July rapidly approaches, please make sure your dogs #1 are properly secured and #2 have some sort of ID (microchip, collar with tag etc). It's IMPORTANT. Sooo many pets go missing and it breaks my heart every year.

While I understand what our economy is going through right now, I just want to point out that investing in training your dog will be worth it for years to come. Summer has hit the PNW. PLEASE do not leave your dog in the car and don't walk them on cement/asphalt without doggy shoes. It takes only minutes for things to go south quickly.

Friendly reminder that the fourth of July is 1 month away. NOW is the time to prepare for your animals ie: vet appointments for meds, training your dogs to wear mutt muffs, relaxation training, secure kennels etc. START NOW, don't wait until a few days before. 🐾🎆❤️

With all of the cold weather make sure to take care of your dogs paws. If they aren't used to booties, musher's secret paw balm is wonderful. I use it. Also, if you need to use salt for de-icing PLEASE get pet safe salt. Salt can burn your dogs feet. Enjoy the arctic blast as much as you can and stay safe! ❤️🐾❄️
