This is Gage. 🐕 Gage is a 13 week old Belgian Malinois. As you can see here, Gage is learning the Recall command very well so far 👏👏👏 ⭐️ He is now at the stage where he can comfortably pass other dogs and people, as well as be around them whilst I now have the complete confidence in his recall ability, when I go to call him back - I know he will. This is also setting the foundation for keeping Gage neutral around other dogs. ‼️ Remember: a well socialised dog is a dog that can confidently remain neutral around other dogs, without running at them like a steam train or showing any reactivity.. as unfortunately, as many dog owners will already know - not all other dogs out there are friendly. ‼️ ❗️ You must have a solid recall with your dog before ever thinking of taking your dog off the lead, as without a recall you are infact putting your dog in danger and creating an unstable, unpredictable - reactive dog. 👎 Don’t be that guy 😬❌

This is Cooper. Half German Shepherd, half Husky. 🐕 Cooper’s owner could not take him out in public without him lunging and jumping up at people, pulling aggressively on the lead and reacting badly to other dogs. All the owner wanted was to be able to carry on going into her local coffee shop and for walks through town without him acting up in these ways. Multiple other dog trainers have tried without much success to undo these behaviours…… but as you can see, me and Cooper had a great first session, out in all of the places he usually goes with his owner. 👏👏 well done Cooper 👏👏 great first session!
