So proud of this kid. Connor had a fabulous ride today. Nemo was the best draw we could ask for. This season has had its fair share of ups and downs, but he has grown leaps and bounds. He is goofy, crazy, and sometimes a bit odd. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I know he is going to continue to grow and make not only a fabulous rider, but an awesome horseman!

First day of Zone 2 finals… I absolutely could not be more proud of Nola. She went out and put the best ride she could out there. She has made such massive strides. Her sitting trot was absolutely to die for. It was awesome to have the opportunity to show at the USET headquarters. I do believe that this is the biggest venue she has rode at in her riding career thus far. 6th place out of 15 riders…. A huge Congratulations Nola. I look forward to continuing to work with you.

Pine Meadows Farm in conjunction with Hobby Horse Riding had a fabulous weekend. This was our first adventure to regionals and I am proud of all the kids and our horses. There were several big and small victories. There were struggles and there were tears. At the end of the day, the kids took it in stride and are excited to continue to work to reach goals. Lintos was the fabulous Horse of the Show! Emmie won Sportsmanship, not only is she a beautiful rider, but has a beautiful heart ❤️ I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE CONNOR & NOLA ON QUALIFYING FOR ZONE FINALS!!!

This guy.. so much to be said. TJ, is a lucky boy. He has a mom, Cass, who loves him so much, and then he has his girl, Ashley. Cass is his owner and Ashley leases him. TJ is a super special guy. He genuinely takes care of his riders. Fortunately for me, this guy also is a lesson horse. I am super excited for this summer and all the joy that TJ will bring to so many kids. I also love looking out in the field and watching this older gentleman gallop around. I have know TJ for quite a time, and I believe he is genuinely happy. I am so thankful to Cass for trusting me to care for him when she can’t be right here.

Pine Meadows in conjunction with Hobby Horse riding is now headed to regionals. I am so beyond proud of this team. Our last show, both teams are now qualified! I am so excited for our several individual riders and team riders. I am also proud of all the effort that every single kid and parent has put in. This is a very new thing for several of these riders, and every one of them put their hearts in it. I am also super thankful to my right hand woman, Sami, who does not give herself enough credit. Thank you for everything you do and the amount of blood, sweat and tears that you have put in. These kids are still growing and learning. I can’t wait to see what they are all capable of. Thank you to all these parents for trusting me to help them on their journey!

Today I would like to introduce Spirit. This guy is as sweet as can be. He loves to stand on the hill and watch all the lessons. He is owned by the Jayne family, but today I am highlighting Jennifer and Azraela. Jennifer likes to get on Spirit and hack around. Azraela, well from time to time she will walk him out. Spirit loves to go on trail rides and just be a giant goof. I am sure that he is going to go on many adventures this summer. Maybe even try some swimming!!

Brooke, she is the horse of the day. The girl is lucky enough to have two riders that love her very much. Her boy Bryson, and her mom Amanda. Bryson loves to get on Brooke and pony around. He is looking forward to learning to trot on her. Amanda, is looking to expand her education but also looking forward to Spring/Summer, for some awesome trail rides, and maybe some swimming with her. We will see what we can convince her into! I am so glad that we have some diversity in our boarders. It makes life more fun!!!

Today I would like to post about our most recent boarder, Morgan, and her mare Roux. These two have just started to get to know each other and are already in love. I have known Morgan for quite some time and am excited to help her on this journey. I believe these two are going to have an exceptional summer, relearning what riding is all about, FUN!!! I am excited to see where this goes and enjoy being a part of it!
