So proud of this team! Sabrina & her wonderful owner Stephanie got their first AKC Agility title NAJ this past weekend! They really clicked as a team this weekend and I couldn’t be more proud and excited for their future 🩷🩷

Long Island Golden Retriever Club Scent Work Trial | July 6th & 7th, 2024

What a blast this weekend was! As always a HUGE shout out to the LIGRC for hosting such an incredible trial. Amanda Muller you outdid yourself as *always* with organizing this event. Truly terrific job. A huge thank you to all club members, volunteers, and the incredible judges for everything this weekend, as well as the amazing exhibitors for all of the lovely conversations!

It’s the summer - it’s hot, we knew that when we signed up, and we knew it would be more challenging to have our dogs search in these humid/hot conditions. The dogs still did great regardless, and had a really great time! Our 3 also indoor crated for the first time, and acted like they’ve been doing it their entire lives.

We got some titles we’ve been chasing, like Arya’s first master title (SCM with extra legs towards elite now), both Arya & Rainier’s overall Excellent titles (I can not believe baby Rai has her SWE, I love this pup), 2 more advanced elite titles for Rai (1 more leg needed in advanced buried for that title and her overall advanced elite), and Reef’s first 2 novice elite titles & his first 2 Q’s in advanced! I’m super proud of how they did this weekend, love these pups so much 🩵

Early and Paige also had an incredible time at the Texas State Championships this past weekend! They ended up 3rd Place Overall for the Texas State Championship (2 days of Skyhoundz) and also had placements at the 3rd day of the event with UpDog! Early is now Q'd up for all 5 of the DDAT games!!

Ditto & Landrie had an incredible time at the Texas State Championships this past weekend, and can now put on their resume that Ditto is the 2024 Texas State Champion for being 1st place overall for their 2 day Skyhoundz event! They are also now completely Q'd up for Skyhoundz Worlds for every game!

The best girl in the entire world!

Arya is the 2024 ✨Westminster Champion✨ in Open Senior Dock Diving!

I have no words, and can not believe that my baby is a Westminster Champion. I went into this today just so happy to be going with my best girl, and as soon as she saw the dock, she was pumped to do her favorite thing with her dad. She jumped beautifully for her first event for the season, and most importantly had the time of her life with us. I could not be more proud of her, and constantly feel like a winner having her in our lives. From being the Reserve Champion in both of her divisions at the 2023 NADD North East Regionals, a Finalist in AR at the 2023 NADD Nationals, to now the 2024 Westminster Champion in Senior Open - I could not be more blessed to be apart of her journey. She is a one in a lifetime dog.

On top of her being a Westminster Champion, she was incredible as always all day, saying hi to everyone who wanted to meet her, giving kisses to every child who greeted her, slept peacefully and relaxed both in her crate and poolside, and was genuinely just a perfect angel. I’ll be living on this high for awhile (although currently brain dead and exhausted) and can’t wait to watch her on the big screen when it airs 🩷💜

A huge thank you to NADD & Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show for such an incredible day. I will never forget it and will cherish it forever.

I am *so* proud of Rainier! We had the absolute pleasure of attending Versatile K9's AKC scent work trial yesterday at Wild West City. I originally saw the location and knew I wanted to bring my baby dog, and wanted to think of it as "training" since she just debuted in excellent at our last trial and is a baby dog after all! She totally knocked it out of the park with 3/3 Q's yesterday in our excellent searches, getting 2 Q's in excellent exterior and 1 Q in excellent interior (our debut in that class!)! Both of her exterior Q’s were placements with a 1st place (53.53s) and a 3rd place (1.29.14s). On top of that, she got her first excellent title, Scent Work Exterior Excellent!

Huge props to Versatile K9 Sports Club for securing the coolest location, and a thank you to our judges Sarah Cowell and Mary Meila for really lovely searches! To my little puppy, thank you for being you and loving this sport as much as I do 🩵 Can’t wait to continue searching together today in advanced classes!

Next up, our Texas kids had a blast at UpDif this past weekend! They both laid down some impressive scores despite the god awful weather, I could not be more proud! Ditto even ended up 15th overall for Frizgility Level 2 with a 235! Congratulations to both Landrie Knowlton & Paige Hoelscher for some incredible runs with their kids 🩵

Our Rising Tide pups had an incredible weekend across the country! First, Sabrina with her owner Stephanie got their first 3 Q's in UKI Agility as a team with a 1st, a 2nd, and a 3rd. She also received her first agility title SSB! I’m so proud of this team!

Early (Arya x Jagger) along with her mama Paige & her auntie Landrie (who owns Ditto) got 4 quads (42 points) in pairs 4WayPlay this past weekend, which puts them at the 7th highest score on record of all time through UpDog for the game 🤯🤯
