This was our morning of cuteness, 5 days old , they have already stolen our hearts. Mum, Stella, is an exceptional first time Mum.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the safe arrival of 8 gorgeous puppies today. Stella (Bffurever Midnight Surprise) was amazing throughout her labour and is close to OCD in cleaning the puppies and herself. To Walker (Silverblue Keep on Walking) and Judith O'Brien of Silverblue Kennels a huge thank you for helping produce a lovely litter of puppies. End result 3 gold girls, 2 orange roan boys and 3 blue roans. Puppies are feeding well and strong little things, climbing over each other already.

All ready for Stella to bring her puppies into the world. Not far off now! New heater installed, bedding unpacked from storage. New lilo on top of the camp bed a little disappointing, should have had a back up.🤣

We are very excited announce we are expecting a litter of beautiful puppies in late August 2024, puppies will be available for their BFFUREVER homes in late October/Early November.

Dam, BFFUREVER Midnight Surprise - a black girl, Sire CH.SILVERBLUE Keep on Walking - a blue roan male, colours expected are black, blue roan and possibly white and black. Both dogs are backed by lovely pedigrees by great breeders that are breeding for the betterment of the breed and who have produced some exceptional champions. Big thank you to Judith of Silverblue for allowing me to use Walker.

BFFUREVER is a small breeder of beautiful cocker spaniels, producing sound and true to type puppies with lovely temperaments. We are a family affair. Our grown dogs and puppies are part of our family and are much loved by our children and extended human family members. Puppies are raised in our home with all the sights, smells and noises of a busy family household with lots of love, cuddles and outside playtime when the weather permits.

Our cocker spaniels are genetically tested and clear for the hereditary diseases AON, PRA, FN and AN. All our dogs are hip scored, scoring below the national hip score average. Our dogs and our puppies are raised on a diet of fresh food, Advance and Royal Canin kibble.

Life can't get any better with a cocker spaniel in it, they will be your BFFUREVER.

a belated (6th of Feb) and VERY Happy 1st Birthday to our Daisy's puppies from her 2nd and last litter. They were such a fun litter of puppies. How cute they were here, we miss the funny shenanigans of cheeky puppy behaviour, those baby puppy barks deeper now that they are adolecents. It is so wonderful to see how they have grown and how loved they are by their families, thank you to all our families for sharing your pictures and stories over the last year. (My apologies for such a late Happy Birthday posting, it's been a challenging 6 or so months personally so I have not been very active on Facebook).

Sunrise from our gate this morning. Maybe enjoying a sunrise is as important as taking time to smell the roses. Still dry in the paddocks, lots of farmers (my husband included) have been out spreading fertiliser. While some parts of Australia have seen more than enough rain we wait for an autumn break, 🤞 its not too far away.

Duke was kept on to place in the show ring but I have made the very difficult decision to make him available for his furever home instead.

Duke is an exceptional puppy, he has a divine temperament, calm, kind, playful, happy, affectionate just a beautiful boy. He will make a wonderful family member. Duke is ready for his furever home, is fully vaccinated, progressing well with his toilet training and walking on the lead for his age. Duke gets along well with all our other dogs but is respectful in his play, not too crazy, he would be well suited to a home with another canine friend.

Update: We think Fizz has found his perfect bffurever family, they are coming to meet him next weekend. Soooooo excited for him and for them!!! There will be tears but they will be happy ones knowing he will fill the space, not as a replacement but as the next furry family member to love.🤞

Looking for a young cocker spaniel but not keen on going through the puppy stage Available? Available for his furever home is Bffurever Pop The Cork at Silverblue, aka Fizz.

Fizz is an affectionate, happy and energetic 1yo orange and white male.

Fizz went to Judith at Silverblue kennels to run on in the showring and become her new stud dog however as he grew to adulthood his confirmation wasn't quite there for the showring.

Fizz came back to us, has been desexed and is now ready for his furever home. He has had some basic training but will need someone willing to continue training him as he is still a young dog. He gets along with our other grown dogs but would be best in a house without cats. He would be best suited to live with a female dog if there is already a canine family member. He would be great for someone looking for a walking/jogging partner come couch potato.

Fizz's dad has been championed in the ring and is a handsome gentle dog. He is owned by Judith at Silverblue Kennels. Fizz's mum is a happy lovely gold girl, she has champions in her lines but wasn't shown herself. She has retired from breeding and is living in her furever home with a lovely couple.

Time to give our non show dogs a clip for winter so my floors and the couch aren't covered in mud when they come inside after a play. Boo Boo has the thickest coat of them all, I'm not finished yet🤣🤣 Boo Boo has great confirmation but she was shy in the show ring so she enjoys goofing around with us instead and can hear the fridge door open from a mile away!

Now it's time to let them in after a lovely play....they have just enjoyed a play outside, not sure there was much point bathing them 2 days ago, it's wet outside and they get lovely and dirty😊. What's the saying, another day, another........mess to clean. It's all part of having a litter of gorgeous puppies! Here are some pics of a lovely clean floor and empty beds ready for new blankies, beds and water ready and finally the floor, all looks acceptable right?! Towels and a big old doona cover are laid out so when all the dirty four legged babies come rushing in they don't slip and slide and hurt themselves...and it helps dry off their paws, it's pretty wet outside today. Then there is the pic of my laundry, some people would be mortified at how messy it is🤣. The washing machine and dryer will be asking for a holiday soon....or at least a thank you from the puppies😁 might seem like a silly post but it is important you can all see how well our puppies are looked after.

Hey Mum, do you think it's time for our human mum to give you a haircut? Or are you going to do what she does and embrace your curls🤣🤣 This is our gorgeous Daisy (gold girl) who is retired from breeding and has taken on the title of 'couch potato' with her beautiful daughter Sadie, the mum of our current litter. Sadie is such a smoocher and a toy thief! Her poor mum is always having her dog toys stolen right from her mouth, it's criminal!!
