Here we go again!!!

This is Noris, Boris’s brother!!
As you can see Boris now looks like a giant compared to his brother, that’s cus the fatty does nothing but want food! Poor little Noris was cold and really weak, he still is so keep your fingers crossed.
He’s eaten and had some milk, now snuggled up with Boris under the heat lamp so let’s hope he makes it through the night. I am officially the crazy pig lady!

5 weeks old today and sooooo loved.

This monkey is so playful. He’s now moved outside to start getting used to the climate change. He still comes in loads for cuddles and play! Never in a million years did I think I would have a pig, but boy do I love him!!!

Day 20

Boris update!!

Boris is growing yeyyyyy! The character this little pig has! He definitely thinks he’s a dog! Finally he has started lapping and I can sleep a full night woo hoo! Coming up to 3 weeks old tomorrow and he’s still a fraction of the size of his siblings. He’s a very loved little piggy!!

Day 12!

Boris update!! So this little chunk now weighs 1lb 12oz woo hoo he’s gaining weight well and keeping it on which is fab 🙂

Boris has found his love for football, taking after Aiden with that one! He is the funniest little thing ever, he comes running to the front of his pen to come out and follows me around the house, then it’s play catch the pig!!

He brightens up everyone’s day! It’s been the best 12 days and even better I am now getting a night sleep yeyyyy!!!

Day 10 update!

Boris is just amazing!! Today he has been soooo active and is really coming out of his shell!
He doesn’t actually know he’s a pig, he thinks he’s a dog but that’s fine we can go with that!!!
He’s had visitors over the last couple of days, think he’s a tad tired from all the fun!

Everyone keeps saying to me, Kayleigh surely you’re not keeping a pig........yes yes I sure am! Boris will eventually become my yard pig and join the horse’s....well maybe!

Day 8!
Boris is alive!!!! And sleeping through the night woooo hoooo! I feel lke a mum with a newborn baby!
Boris is still on his antibiotics and is doing super well. As you can see he’s a bit of a cheeky chappy but glad he’s starting to settle in well. He now weighs 1lb 4.7 which is bloody amazing as he started off at 11oz. Keep going my boy I bloody love you ###

Day 7 of the Boris update!

Boris update 💔
So today has been S**T
Boris decided that he was going to die on me this morning, but after about 10 minutes I managed to get him back, yes I am the wally who gave a piglet mouth to mouth, but it saved my little man. Off we went to the vets where it was confirmed poor Boris has meningitis 💔. A week of injection antibiotics, heat lamp and little and often milk ahead of us but fingers crossed he pulls on through. Safe to say it was a sad morning I didn’t realise how attached I was to him. I weren’t letting that s**t head die after nearly a week of sleepless nights!! Come on my boy you can do this. Love my little piggy.

Piggy update!!
So Doris is actually a BORIS!!!!
We are on day 4 and he is still going strong. Weighs 15oz!! Although the little s**te is waking every hour in the night for milk, I do bloody love him!! Keep going strong boris!!
