Alright you guys, tonight is officially the LAST NIGHT to order from the online site for the foreseeable future!

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my business since it has opened. I will be back to retail eventually, and I’ll be reopening every once in a while for retail sale days, beginning tomorrow you can sign up for email alerts so you can be the first to know when I do open the store!

BIG UPDATE!

Hi everyone! Due to some personal changes in my life, I’m going to be switching up how I sell my products for a little while. This is not a forever thing, but it will likely be the way I sell products for the next year. I understand this may not wind up being ideal for some of you, and I do apologize for that, this is just the way it needs to be right now.

This change will begin March 30th at 11:59pm.

The biggest change:
I will no longer be selling items through my website or Instagram. You can still get your hands on the gear!
I will still have my gear in pet stores across Canada (mostly BC right now, hopefully moving to other provinces soon as well), and dog walkers, I will still be supplying gear to you! If you haven’t already received an email from me, please get in touch so I can get you set up with the new system.
I’ve got a few new pet store locations that I can’t wait to share with you very soon, and if you have a local pet store you love and want to see my products in, feel free to mention my business to them!

Other things to note:
When I’m able to, I will open up the shop for short periods of time so you can order products directly from me from time to time!
Keep your eye out in my Instagram stories as well, I may do a few sales here and there 🙂

Thank you all so much for understanding this big change, I hope to be able to reopen for retail sales sooner than later, but we will have to play that by ear for now!

Thank you all so much for your patience while I was closed! If you follow me online personally or have seen my Instagram stories recently you’ll know that I am pregnant! I was getting through the first trimester over December and unfortunately just started feeling even worse throughout January. Your patience while I slowly got work done is so very appreciated! ⁠
⁠
A few things to note as you scroll through the updated website: ⁠

- We’re starting out with a slightly limited stock. I’ve got a great selection of colours and items available still, I just don’t have a completely full stock! I’m hoping to have a full restock within the month.⁠
- You’ll also notice that prices have increased for both individual items and shipping. Due to the cost of biothane rising significantly this year, I’ve had to increase pricing to stay afloat. Many businesses are going through this right now because of supply and demand issues, your understanding is appreciated. I’ve also raised shipping rates as I was honestly undercharging the rate I have to pay to Canada Post before, and I can no longer do that.⁠
- I understand that the new pricing and shipping rates may be frustrating to some people, however I need to keep my business afloat! I am promising you though that I have changed the behind the scenes process of my work and can now offer shipping within 2-3 days of your order being made! I hope this fast processing time can make up for the price difference for you :)⁠

Happy Tuesday!

A little shop update for you, I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who ordered over the weekend, choosing to support a small business over a large company makes a bigger difference than you know, I appreciate it so much!

I’ve surprised myself with my processing times as I’ve already got almost everything completed! I’ve been working really hard on creating efficient systems for myself and it sure has paid off.
Because of this, I’ve decided to NOT close tomorrow, and to stay open a few extra days! The new shop closing time is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3rd at 11:59pm! All orders made up until then will be shipped by Monday, December 6th.

I will not be reopening until the new year, so make sure to take advantage of this right now!

*please keep in mind that we are low on some hardware options due to both the sale this weekend, and delays on hardware arrival because of the flooding in BC. I still have lots of great items available for you!*

Hey everyone!

I wanted to give you a little update about Christmas!
Because of the delays with shipping to Southern BC and that area being a large portion of my customer base, I’ve decided to close the shop other than gift card and local deliveries on December 1st!
It is no longer just a deadline, it is closing day. If you are in Dawson Creek, Fort St John, or Grande Prairie, you can still order for delivery via a special page on the site once the main shop closes.

I’ll be reopening either late December or early January, keep an eye out for that!

With that said, please make sure you put your order in ASAP! I am completely caught up on orders as of this afternoon so processing times are back to 24-48 hours! If you’ve emailed me about a custom order I want to remind you that I closed custom orders on November 1st! I’m sorry if you’ve missed the deadline, but due to limited stock I am not making anything custom until the new year! You can still reach out now to let me know what you’d like in the new year though 😊

Tomorrow I will be replying to all emails, so if you’re waiting on a response, keep a look out for me in your inbox!

The locking carabiner clip has arrived! This clip is super lightweight and features a lock to make sure it stays shut! This is a great option if you have a Houdini dog or walk your dog on a harness with a vertical D Ring.

BRRRR it's starting to get pretty cold here in Northern BC! My Walking Belt came in super handy this morning so I could keep my hands warm! I literally use my belt every single day, it is easily one of my absolute favourite items that I make as it's so versatile. It makes walking two big strong dogs actually doable, and I can switch out the leashes for whatever length we need each day. ⁠

As some of you know, I am getting married this month! We're going home to the Sunshine Coast for our wedding so I'll be taking some time off to get down there, and we'll be road tripping back as our honeymoon. ⁠
This means I will not be in the shop/office from October 14th-November 3rd. ⁠
I do still have posts scheduled during the time I’m away, so please keep in mind when you do see those, that I am still away and not responding to any messages. Gotta keep the algorithm happy as fellow business owners understand 😅

My first Christmas with this business was crazy busy, and having only been in business for about two months before Christmas sales started, it was hard to keep up!
