JULY IS CIRCUIT TRAINING MONTH:

Time to pick up the fitness equipment and move outside. I am offering to my fitness challenge group a great new summer program. CIRCUIT TRAINING.

Circuit Training is a great way to exercise your dog in the summer. Quick workouts that include all the muscle groups and cardio as well.

If your interested in a circuit training program for your dog PM me I am offering this to my existing clients only and those that have been working programs with their dogs for at least 6 months. The cost is 25.00 per program it involves one on one instruction. We will be posting our videos so everyone will be inspired to show us their circuits.
